HIGHLY EXPERIENCED All of our engineers are ASME or CSWIP qualified plant inspectors with flare, structural, mechanical or chemical engineering backgrounds, whilst our industry leading training programme produces highly experienced pilots. Our offshore pilots undertake four levels of training and have a minimum of 18 months experience and 500 hours of flight time. MULTI WORK SCOPE INSPECTIONS Cyberhawk has the ability to inspect multiple assets on a single mobilisation and can work from a supply vessel, enabling us to complete structural, dropped object and emergency inspections without requiring bed space on the platform. SCREENING TOOL Our team works with clients to undertake an early inspection of their assets before prioritising further inspection and potential maintenance required. THERMAL INSPECTION Cyberhawk s qualified thermography engineers use this technique to identify burnback in flares, steam leaks and refractory breakdown in chimney ducting.
LIVE FLARE INSPECTION Cyberhawk has completed over 200 close visual and thermal inspections of live flare stacks, both onshore and offshore, around the world. Our inspection technique removes the need for a shutdown to inspect the flare and provides the information required to reduce, delay or better plan a turnaround. UNDERDECK INSPECTION Only Cyberhawk has expert pilots who are able to actually fly under the deck of an offshore production platform or drilling rig. EXPERT PILOTS, ABLE TO FLY EVEN IN GPS DENIED ENVIRONMENTS Thanks to our experience and high levels of training, our pilots are able to zoom in on areas of interest, eradicating the need for large scaffolding, rope access work scopes, over side work and standby vessels. We recently completed a 119 day, six man rope access work scope in just 3 days, using only 2 people, proving the dramatic efficiencies our inspection technique achieves.
VENT STACK & EXHAUST INSPECTION We provide an innovative solution to inspect onshore and offshore vent stacks and exhausts while they are live. This significantly reduces costs by removing the need to shut down during inspections and reducing the need for working at height. GAS SENSORS ON OUR ROAVS ENSURE SAFE OPERATIONS 06 CYBERHAWK OIL &GAS INSPECTION & SURVEY
INTERNAL TANK INSPECTION Cyberhawk can undertake ROAV internal inspections on large tanks on operational vessels such as FPSOs, bulk carriers, tankers and onshore oil storage tanks. ROAVs reduce the requirement for working at height and in confined spaces, allowing the pilot to undertake a safe first audit of the tank so that further inspection and maintenance can be prioritised. OUR INTERNAL TANK INSPECTION TECHNIQUE IS UP TO FOUR TIMES FASTER THAN TRADITIONAL METHODS
CHIMNEY & COOLING TOWER INSPECTION Using ROAV technology, Cyberhawk captures a series of individual aerial images to cover the full surface of the structure. Advanced photogrammetry software is then used to create accurate 3D models and highly detailed orthophoto mosaics of the chimney or cooling tower. The results are delivered in Cyberhawk s ihawk software as well as traditional formats, which allows the user to visually scan the full height and 360 o model with defects accurately measured and categorised. DEFECTS ARE ACCURATELY MEASURED AND LOCATED TO +/- 10MM 08 CYBERHAWK OIL &GAS INSPECTION & SURVEY
STRUCTURAL INSPECTION Cyberhawk s ROAV inspection technique provides structural inspections of high or difficult to reach structures, which are faster and safer than conventional access methods. We reduce costs by removing the requirement for large areas of scaffolding and improve safety by reducing the need for working at height and overside work. 14 WEEKS TO COMPLETE AN INSPECTION? WE VE DONE IT IN THREE DAYS.
AERIAL SURVEY We use fixed wing and rotary ROAVs to acquire high resolution aerial images. This imagery is processed using advanced photogrammetry software to generate orthophotos, digital elevation models and panoramic images of a site. This type of imagery is commonly used for site design, health and safety inductions, evacuation plans, tendering information and as-built photography. All of this can be presented in a web based 360 degree virtual tour. OUR TEAMS ARE HIGHLY EXPERIENCED IN WORKING ACROSS A RANGE OF INDUSTRIAL SITES 10 CYBERHAWK OIL &GAS INSPECTION & SURVEY

CASE STUDY: ONSHORE WEST AFRICA S FIRST ROAV LIVE FLARE INSPECTION Cyberhawk recently completed the first ever ROAV live flare inspection in West Africa. A two-man team, comprising an inspection engineer and pilot, inspected five live flares for the oil and gas supermajor in less than a week. Alternative methods of inspection such as rope access or scaffolding would have taken months to complete and would have required a complete shutdown of the facility. The detailed inspection reports completed by Cyberhawk s plant inspector and flare expert provided the facility with the information they required to fully plan and prepare flare tip replacement and repair work during the next planned turnaround. THE ROAV INSPECTION AVOIDED THE NEED FOR A PLANT SHUTDOWN AND SAVED THE CLIENT MORE THAN $US11 MILLION 12 CYBERHAWK OIL &GAS INSPECTION & SURVEY
CASE STUDY: OFFSHORE MULTIPLE WORK SCOPE INSPECTION ON A NORTH SEA PLATFORM The client required an unbiased and consistent Material and Corrosion Damage Report (MCDR). The flare, exhausts, platform elevations, walkways, splash zone and underdeck were all inspected in one mobilisation. A previous inspection of the underdeck alone took a six-man Rope Access Team some 14 weeks, with major cost, time and operational implications for the client. Cyberhawk took three days to complete the inspection of the whole underdeck and eight days for the full workscope. The client is now rolling out Cyberhawk s inspection solution to their global assets. THE CLIENT IS NOW ROLLING OUT CYBERHAWK S INSPECTION SOLUTION TO THEIR GLOBAL ASSETS
TESTIMONIALS Cyberhawk are a company with a professional approach showing inspections results we have never seen before on live equipment HEAD OF CIVILS, SHELL MALAYSIA Everyone involved is astonished at the clarity of the photography and the accessibility of the aircraft to the flare structure to gain views of the flare tip and structure that have typically been unavailable from full sized aerial surveys. The inspection report is therefore far more comprehensive than anything we have previously been able to produce OIM, MAERSK OIL Using ROAV technology has huge advantages in terms of safety and cost savings SNR MECHANICAL INTEGRITY ENGINEER, CENTRICA The crew arrived on time and carried out the scope in a timely and professional manner.
