You will report to Duncan Fraser, founding MD of The Way Ahead Group and Director The Mindful Leadership Foundation. Duncan has worked with senior clients individually and in groups developing their reflective skills to a high level. Duncan leads the Way Ahead Groupʼs policy, product and coach development. Duncan also led the research and development of our 360 tool the Big Questions. He has twenty years experience of the public and cultural sectors as chief executive, consultant, artistic and community director, trainer, marketing director, funder, programmer, researcher and broadcaster. Duncan has broadcast on and written about leadership development. Having originally trained in the arts, management and leadership he has undertaken advanced training in integrative psychotherapy. Duncan is in the London office when coaching but the demand for his services takes him all over the country so you need to be a self-starter. You will also be working with Deepa Bidd who shares the post (2 days a week). Sara Penny is our Finance Manager based remotely and you will liaise with her regularly on financial matters.
