Advanced devices of railway automation and telemechanics Development, Design and Introduction Railway automation and telemechanics

About us LLC POLIVID deals with development and introduction of complex maintenance systems which are ready for exploitation for main and industrial railway transportation systems in Russia and CIS countries as following: Development and introduction of microprocessor based Railway Automatics and Telemechanics from 2002Y; Today we have more than 150 highly qualified specialists working in the company; Experience in exploitation under extreme conditions, on railway lines of any distance and intensity; designing AUTOMATION AND TELEMECHANICS COMMUNICATIONS POWER SUPPLY research construction modernization development reconstruction Experience in fulfillment of projects for main road systems of biggest enterprises of Russia and Kazakhstan.

Railway Traffic Interval Control and Safety System The Railway Traffic Interval Control and Safety System (ICSS) is designed to control railway traffic and ensure its safety for passenger and freight trains, locomotives, rail cars, motor cars and track machines at railway spans and stations, at high and low traffic sections, electrified and diesel traction sections, including high speed (up to 350 km per hour) lines. ICSS ensures safe intervals between trains going in one direction at railway spans and stations, train and shunting routes automatic control with unconditional exclusion of mutually dangerous routes. The system unconditionally excludes the violation of the regular and temporary speed limits as well as passes on to the stop traffic lights. ICSS applies different methods of the train location determination, data transfer backup redundant channels and hierarchical principle of data processing. The system has the logic control of train passage in order to exclude the formation of the signals of false vacancy of the occupied track sections..

Train control system and shunting operations at the stations Manage train and shunting operations at the stations based on the coordinates of mobile units, digital radio with the reduction of floor equipment.

Microprocessor centralized control system Microprocessor centralized control system over switches and signals on the basis of computer-control information complex of electrical interlocking System of microprocessor centralized control on the basis of computer-based information complex of electrical interlocking exists for centralized management over computer control devices, field device tools and local automatic tools such as switches / points, signals, crossing points and etc. on railway stations. When it is necessary to manage over adjacent railroad hauls, Microprocessor centralized control system - 2 can include (integrate) microprocessor auto block with rail circuit. Considering allocation of equipment, Microprocessor centralized control system 2 is regarded as centralized system when computer control information complex, relay and switch racks are located on electrical interlocking station. Only starting blocks of switches, schemes of rail circuits and commutation circuit of traffic lights are in this system from relay equipment. The number of cabinets of computer control information complex which has to be installed on the railway station depends on the number of centralized switches and it is approximately distributed as following: 1 cabinet of Microprocessor centralized control system 2 includes up to 36 switches; 2 cabinets of Microprocessor centralized control system 2 include up to 108 switches and etc.

Ergonomic workplace

The benefits of the simple and clear design can be seen even at the planning stage. Once the track plan is available, project planning for the axle counting system can be completed within a very short period of time. The system can be configured for trams and industrial railways, as well as for high-performance sections of long-distance tracks with passenger traffic. electrical interlocking Secure communication of signals between two axle counting boards (block sections) in line with EN 50159-1, via RS232 and a suitable transmission system Clear diagnostics interfaces BENEFITS OF THE ACS2000: Monitoring of sections with a maximum of 6 (12) counting heads that can be traversed simultaneously Triple use of the counting heads for axle counting and switching tasks Traversing speeds from 0 to 450 km/h field tests up to 330 km/h Safe control of the electromagnetic and eddy current brakes The wheel sensor system permits distances of 10 km between the wheel sensor and the evaluation board Development and appraisal in accordance with CENELEC standards Extremely simple project planning for the axle counting system Home setting conditions and procedures can be configured

Technical rail diagnostics Technical rail diagnostics and monitoring on the basis of hardware and software of automated dispatching control system is represented by complex of hardware and software which do automated control over trains traffic, diagnostics of the joints and devices of railway automatics and telemechanics, monitoring of computer based and communication devices. When certified measure equipment is applied in Technical rail diagnostics and monitoring system, this will allow to automate /computerize process of technical maintenance of the devices.

Mobile complex of electrical interlocking Mobile complex of electrical interlocking " consists of station operator module (length 7 m), relay module (length 9m) and diesel-generator unit (length 6 m) and it is a universal movable autonomic post of electrical centralization (manufactured "North" modules) with the possibility within the shortest period (not more than 2 hours) to enable any train station for traffic development without any special design works, connecting it with existing trackside assets of electrical interlocking and existing tracking devices for train traffic management. Mobile system of electric interlocking is applied on the basis of official manual EI-9 with applying of modern block for train route and relay interlocking. Advantages: High reliability of equipment; Simplicity and reliability in exploitation; Familiar control system for personnel; High mechanic and commutation / switch devices durability; High maintainability; Complex modularity, compatibility with equipment of other manufacturers; Provision of engineer and technical support. Mobile complex Inventory control station can be applied as following: In emergency situations during problems with main electrical interlocking post (fire, natural disaster and etc.) in order to operatively organize proper train traffic; During reconstruction of old systems of electrical interlocking together with replacement of post equipment without construction new buildings and posts for electrical interlocking; During repairing works for one of the railways on stations and tunnels; During capital repairs of rail road.
