Project Management and Construction Supervision Consultant Services for the Road Project (HPM), MCA -M Main Goal: The objectives of the Consultant assignment are as follows: Support MCA-M in managing and implementing the Road Project activities under Compact; and implementing and developing as necessary, systems and structures that facilitate clear reporting lines, high levels of accountability and transparency, effective communication, and timely professional decision-making; and Fulfill the role of Employers representative and Engineer for the FIDIC-based contract for the design and Construction of the Road Project and ensure Project quality, in full consultation with MCA-M and as limited by these TOR and associated contract.
