The successful implementation of the TA will contribute to realizing the impact of the project agriculture and rural growth that sustains premium value differentiation for Mongolian products. Project Management and Construction Supervision Consultant Services for the Road Project (HPM), MCA -M Main Goal: The objectives of the Consultant assignment are as follows: Support MCA-M in managing and implementing the Road Project activities under Compact; and implementing and developing as necessary, systems and structures that facilitate clear reporting lines, high levels of accountability and transparency, effective communication, and timely professional decision-making; and Fulfill the role of Employers representative and Engineer for the FIDIC-based contract for the design and Construction of the Road Project and ensure Project quality, in full consultation with MCA-M and as limited by these TOR and associated contract.
