Gene Expression Analysis Solutions Sample Preparation Obtaining high-quality, contaminant-free RNA rapidly and efficiently is a crucial first step for most gene expression experiments. Aurum total RNA kits are used to isolate high-quality, high-yield, DNA-free total RNA from cultured cells, bacteria, yeast, and plant and animal tissues.
