PIE Performance Process Dashboard & Grid All Managers who have direct reports will have access to the Dashboards and Analytics functions in Reports under the main menu. Contents TASK : Running PIE Performance Dashboards... TASK : Running PIE Performance GRID... TASK : Running PIE Performance Dashboards Login to your mytc account. Under the Home menu, click Reports. From the Reports module, click Dashboards. Click the down carrot icon [ ] and select PIE Performance from the drop down menu. Click the Filters icon [ ] to select the data you would like to see in your report. For the first three filter options, click the down carrot icon [ ] then make your selections. Report Type: Select either Team View (your reports) or Matrix Reports (if you have matrix reports). Custom, HR and Other Filters will not produce results. Starting From: Select from yourself (Logged in User), from your direct reports, or Find a User who is not in your hierarchy. Levels: Select the level of direct/indirect reports you wish to see from the drop down menu. Select All The Toro Company Internal Use Only

Additional Filter Options: In the filters below, you can select one or more of options in your hierarchy: Business/Function Department Location Talent Pool Grouping Salary Grade Type of Employee Job Title: No options exist For each filter, click the expand icon [ ] then select the radio button for either Select All or By My Selection. If you select By My Selection, make your selections on the left and confirm them on the right, then click Done. In the last two filter options, Custom Datasets is the system default. Note: Dataset Groups will not return results. Form Template Name: Click the expand icon [ ] then check the box for the Fiscal Year PIE Performance Review you wish to view. Make your selections on the left and confirm them on the right, then click Done. Click Apply Filters when you have finished making your selections. NOTE: Select only one plan year at a time. Three PIE Performance Review Dashboards will populate. To see a count and/or percentage, hover over the portion of the graphic you wish to know more about. Performance Form Status: Displays the percentage and count of employees in each step of the route map. Rating Distribution People Values: Once People ratings have been saved in the employee PIE Performance forms, the number of employees with each rating will be displayed. Rating Distribution Performance Values: Once Performance ratings have been saved in the employee PIE Performance forms, the number of employees with each rating will be displayed. For a detailed list of employees who fall into a specific section of a graphic, click on that section. Then click once more. The search results can be downloaded into a CSV or Excel file. TASK : Running PIE Performance GRID Once ratings have been saved in employee PIE Performance forms, the names with corresponding ratings can be viewed in the Performance Grid. Utilize the Performance Grid to conduct your ratings calibration conversations with your own manager. In addition to names, show distribution using counts or percentages, export to excel, print, or save as PDF. In Reports, select the Performance Grid. To select the data you would like to see in your Grid, click the expand icon [ ] for the Filter Options. Show: Select the Team View Starting From yourself or a desired Leader, or select Succession Management and Matrix Report Permissions to show all employees in your scope. View: Keep ALL elements checked (except Type of Employee select Office only) to pull all of your employees. To select specific groups of employees on which to report, uncheck boxes within the area you want to limit. User Type: System will default to All Employees. Date Range: Select the Start and End Dates for the fiscal year of the current evaluation period. Click Generate Report. NOTE: Click Generate Report whenever you run the Grid to ensure you capture any newly added data. The Toro Company Internal Use Only
The Performance Grid displays the names of any employees with saved ratings within their Performance Review forms. Toro does not have a forced distribution of ratings. See the Ratings & Discussion Guide for Managers for more helpful information on utilizing the Performance Grid (found in the Help and Tutorials link of the Performance module). The Performance Grid will automatically show the names, count, or percentages of employees who have ratings saved in their forms. Click the index card icon [ ]next to a name to switch over to his/her Employee Profile. At the bottom of the Grid you will see a tab called Unrated. Click to view a list of any employees who do not yet have ratings saved in their Performance Review forms. You can Print, Print to PDF, Export to Excel, or create Archives of your Performance Grid. Utilize these to discuss with your manager when reviewing/ calibrating your ratings. The Toro Company Internal Use Only
