Thermoformer know-how packaging

The modular set-up of this machine system and its special options fulfils the highest packaging requirements for your products, be they foodstuff, non-fooditems or sterile medical goods. The customer s requirements will be discussed in detail, for example product to be packed, siting of the equipment etc. and a detailed specification will be drawn up to determine the design of the Multipower, It should be noted that, the length of the machines can vary between 4,8 m and 15 m. VARIOVAC Multipower, the special packaging line for the highest performance requirements The packaging lines are manufactured mainly from stainless-steel. By using many standard components, the customer can freely source parts from local suppliers. It is the aim of our research and development department to simplify the VARIOVAC packaging lines, and reduce the time required for retrofitting other packaging sizes. We will advise and design the most economical solution for you. Special solutions - such as automatic die changing systems, jumbo double roll bobbins, automatically driven packaging supporting webs, and complex cutting systems - are incorporated in our machines to give speed and flexibility when changing programmes. When fully automatic loading-systems are being used, the machines can also be fitted with approved options such as bottom film paste point control, packaging mould control, mould height control, and the automatic discard of empty packages. The connections to peripheral devices (such as filler, slicer, labeller etc.), are already prepared on the Multipower. We recommend our Variolabel labelling device for the labelling of the packages. We provide training for our customers and partners where we share our experience and know-how in packaging on thermoformers gained during more than three decades of trading. Our service and sales staff are constantly up-dated about new developments. Sales, service and customer support are provided by us, our subsidiaries and our partners worldwide. Pneumatically operated packaging supporting webs in both the loading and cutting area are being adapted to the packaging sizes via the control switch. No change-over times! Die changing systems Changing the pack size is significantly simplified by VARIOVAC specific features. They include the attachment-sealing plates system, the hinged safety covers, the folding top forming dies, etc. Fully-automatic die changing system without cutting the bottom film (option) Patent No. DE 101 08 163.4 / EP 1 234 765 Forming station A magazine can be loaded with different complete forming plates. The required forming plate for the current packaging program will automatically be charged from the magazine into the bottom forming die via a lift. Sealing station In this example the sealing station is fitted with a magazine and two sealing plug-in modules as well as two sealing frames. The sealing plug-in module will automatically be charged from the magazine into the top sealing die. Semi-automatic die changing system 2 packaging formats remain constantly on the Multipower (option) Patent No. DE 10 2004 051 923.4 Forming station This Multipower is fitted with 2 forming plug-in modules that remain on the machine. They are pushed manually into the forming station Sealing station The top sealing parts are being lifted hydraulically and brought into a parking position. To simplify the exchange and maintenance the single sealing cassettes in the upper sealing part can easily be taken out.
