Skid Mounted H Generation Units Skid Mounted H Generator is available from 5 3 3 Nm to 600 Nm /Hr capacity with Single Electrolyser. All the piping and cabling is undertaken within Skid mounted structure. The Electrolyser is based on Bipolar technology with pressurization having PERIC researched and developed gasket to ensure leakage proof performance. The Gas lye treater is skid mounted with simple process flow, making it convenient for operations and maintenance. H Generator is automatically controlled through PLC Programming with high reliability and remote control, operator friendly HMI inter face with most safe and convenient operations. Integrated H Generation Units The Integrated type Hydrogen Generator is a specially designed product where Hydrogen flows from Single Hydrogen Electrolyser, Gas Lye treater and H purification Unit on One Skid. Fully Automatic control achieved with out Customer interference and is available for connection with DCS system for monitoring. Containerized H Generation Units Containerized type Hydrogen Generator is completely designed and developed by PERIC. All Main Equipments such as Electrolyser, Gas Lye treater, Hydrogen Purification Unit, Water Tank, Power Rectification Unit, PLC Control system and PDB/MCC etc have been integrated in 40 Feet Container. The customer just need to plug the utilities to this plant then start it there by saving significant capital cost of set up. 3 Available in Units ranging from 5 Nm /Hr to 65 3 0 Nm /Hr (Operating Pressure 15 Kg/Cm ) with H purity better than 99.999%, Dew point better than ( )70 C H O Purification Units H & O Purification systems by catalyst is specially designed and developed for H & O gas generated by Water Electrolysis. The system can be Two dryer or Three dryer type based on customer requirements. One Key feature is No loss of Purified Gas due to special design. The switch over amongst dryers is fully automatic based on PLC control logic. 0 H Purity is better than 99.999 % with Dew point better than ( )70 C, O less than 1 ppm in purified H or upto 5ppm H in purified O.
