Collaborative Practice Toronto Presents: ART BATTLE in support of SickKids Collaborative Practice Toronto is an interdisciplinary group of lawyers, and financial and mental health professionals who work to resolve the issues of marital breakdown respectfully and creatively; improving, not worsening the lives of families experiencing separation and divorce SickKids Foundation is the largest charitable funder of child health research, learning and care in Canada Both organizations are driven by the belief that our work in improving the health and well-being of children and helping transitioning families in a respectful manner are the most powerful ways to support and improve our community. Are you ready to experience a unique artistic sport? Collaborative Practice Toronto is creating an evening for networking and to raise donations for the SickKids Foundation at an exciting event featuring an Art Battle. The Art Battle is a competition featuring professional painters working live while guests watch on (and sometimes become painting subjects)! That s right at our event, up and coming Canadian artists will compete against each other in a live competitive painting event where in 30 minutes they must create an in the moment work of art! As the artists work, guests can mingle and network while they inspect and have a close up view of the painters incredible talent and creative process. When the 30 minutes are up. the audience votes for their favourite painting and then the next battle begins. Each masterpiece will be auctioned to the guests as part of the fundraising initiative! It will be fun, lively, interactive and guests may walk away with a valuable new family heirloom.
