This assessment can be conducted for any size or type hotel including a customized version for select service properties. For larger hotels, this assessment could suggest a deeper analysis into a specific discipline through one of the following products:

Hotel Inspection This is a two to three day in depth measurement of the hotel team s knowledge, engagement and execution of basic industry systems and procedures including hotel and brand specific Standard Operating Procedures. This evaluation covers the disciplines of group, transient and catering sales, plus overall marketing, advertising and public relations. Revenue Management Tune-Up This is a two day evaluation of the Revenue Management operation to comprehensively review your individual managers knowledge, engagement and execution of basic industry Revenue Management, Distribution and Online Marketing systems, tools and procedures. This measurement covers a look at the coordination between the sales strategy team, Director of Revenue Management/Revenue Manager, Group Sales Department, Marketing and Front Office. Revenue Management, Distribution & Online Marketing Presence Full E-Commerce and On Line Marketing strategy assessment including SEO, keywords, links, pay per click campaigns and hosting/ provider. Review of brand/provider contribution by category, including all channels against brand standards; implement efforts to exceed standards. A rate strategy that focuses on effective revenue management practices, channel distribution and optimization of systems Independent property appraisals including marketing/sales representation firm analysis, GDS connectivity, identity standards including web site content, and oversight of booking engine implementation. Complete revenue management analysis, including on-going Revenue Management strategy participation if needed. Evaluation of all Centralized Services for Reservations & Revenue Management.

Who We Are Julie A. Reigle Julie A. Reigle is President of JR Hospitality Consulting, LLC a firm that provides Asset Management and Sales and Marketing Advisory and Consulting services to private and public, institutional and REIT ownership groups in the hospitality industry. She consults regularly with executives from a variety of hospitality service providers, including design and architectural firms, CRO service groups, Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising firms to help create synergistic solutions for hospitality clients. Julie is also a partner of JRPG Hospitality Consulting, LLC. Based in Scottsdale, AZ, Reigle worked for 2 ½ years in franchise and management development for Starwood Hotels and Resorts, where she was one of Starwood Hotels and Resorts top-producing development executives worldwide in 2008. Prior, she has over 29 years of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management knowledge in all hotel types convention, resort and boutique. She excelled as Senior Vice President of Remington Hotels and Vice President of the Western Region with Interstate Hotels and Resorts and has experience and exposure with all brands including Marriott, Hilton, Intercontinental, Wyndham, Starwood, Radisson, and Independent hotels. Reigle also has B2B Food Service experience as from 2005 to 2006 she served as VP of Sales and Marketing for China Mist Tea Company, a producer of specialty teas and exclusive importer of Caffe Mokarabia, a high-end Italian coffee. She is certified through Level Two of the Specialty Tea Institute s Tea Sommelier program. Pam Grayboff Pam Grayboff is Principal of PG Hospitality Consulting, LLC a firm focused on a range of consulting and advisory services in hospitality sales & marketing and revenue management. The firm is a value added strategic partner with deep insights into navigating the franchise and its capabilities, strategic industry partners and hotel/ownership structures including; advisory firms, asset managers, brands, owners and third party management companies. Pam is also a partner of JRPG Hospitality Consulting, LLC. Grayboff s career over 30 years includes a broad knowledge of all hotel types in sales, marketing and revenue management; exposure internationally and awarded top sales achievement during property level assignments. Pam held numerous senior management positions including both Vice President Sales and Revenue Management at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. At Starwood, Pam was responsible for pioneering innovative approaches in driving top line revenue, team leadership and consensus, project management and training initiatives developed to build franchise engagement in brand programs. Pam was also Regional Director of Revenue Management at Interstate Hotels & Resorts. She handled a portfolio of properties with successful experience in openings, transitions, acquisitions, due diligence and asset management in the U.S., Caribbean, Canada and Moscow, Russia. The properties ranged from Delta, Hilton, Intercontinental, Marriott, Radisson, Starwood and Independent hotels. She earned a Bachelor s of Science degree from Ithaca College, Ithaca, New York.
