Job Details Grade: G4 Reporting to: Reward and MI Manager Budget Responsibility: N/A Line Management Responsibility: N/A Job Purpose: As a key member of the Reward and MI team, you will play a lead role in managing high volume individual rewards cases. Acting as first line support to HR colleagues and business managers, you ll have excellent analytical skills and be able to provide robust advice, guidance and recommendations on Reward matters, ensuring consistency of approach within policy and process. With excellent organisational skills, you will manage benefits administration and supporting processes with the ability to manage conflicting priorities. With a sound, demonstrable background, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Reward professional. Key responsibilities: Client & Customer Management (Internal) Carries out prescribed internal client management activities and provides support to others by followin existing procedures. 1
Data Collection & Analysis Conducts bench marking and research using primary data sources and selects relevant information to enable analysis of key themes and trends. Data Management Delivers prescribed outcomes by working as directed within established compensation data management systems and procedures. Knowledge Management Delivers prescribed outcomes for area of responsibility by working within established knowledge management systems. Needs Assessment Investigates questions related to existing programs, processes and procedures. Recommendations Provide recommendations to HR colleagues and line managers in the application of Reward policy and other supporting policy, procedure and precedents. Solutions Analysis Navigates a wide variety of existing processes, procedures and precedents to interpret data and identify solutions.
