1. Introduction This document is part of the selling process of windfarm De Locht in The Netherlands. The purpose of this document is to inform potential buyers about the windfarm. If you have any interest in buying one of the turbines or the whole farm, please contact us to receive a link for our tender platform. Windfarm De Locht is located at Gulperweg in the city of Kerkrade. Kerkrade can be found in the most southern province of The Netherlands called Limburg. The windfarm has 2 Nordex N90 wind turbines, each with a capacity of 2500 kw. 2. General specifications Name: De Locht Wind turbines: 2 Type: N90/2500 (Beta) Rated power: 2500 kw Rotor diameter: 90 m Hub height: 80 m Number of blades: 3 Transformers: 10 kv Start operations: June 2006 More in-depth technical information about the wind turbines can be found in Appendix A at the end of this document. See Appendix B for the power curve (PV). 3 P a g i n a

3. Scope of the windfarm The scope for buying these wind turbines include disassembly and transportation. Both wind turbines are sold completely: - The shaft, rotor and blades - The nacelle, including; o Gearbox o Generator - Transformer (located in the bottom of the tower) - The tower - The internal cabling - Labco Ice Detection System - Other internals NOTE: The blades of both wind turbines are replaced in February 2011 and these turbines are equipped with an air density package upgrade for better performance. 4. Availability The turbines are available from the first of July 2016. Disassembly of the turbines will start from the date as agreed in a Purchasing Agreement. 5. Production data See table below for the production values of windfarm De Locht. Year Production in kwh 2012 6.553.067 2013 6.979.747 2014 5.807.749 6. Site Access The site is located near the border with Germany and can be found next to the highway (N281). For a site visit, please contact Ruud Anink, see previous page for contact information. 7. Maintenance history These wind turbines have been serviced and maintained by Nordex, in accordance with a Full- Maintenance service level. Service reports can be viewed during a visit on site. Note: The turbines will be sold on an as is where is basis, without any guarantees from the seller. 8. Selling process and permits Dismantling the wind turbines The first option is to buy and dismantle the wind turbines for exploitation elsewhere. The buyer will be responsible for the execution of the dismantling and transportation of the wind turbines. All costs and risks of dismantling and transportation will be for the account of the buyer. Ecowind will be responsible for the permit for dismantling the wind turbines. The buyer will be responsible for obtaining all other permits, third party consents and the execution of the work and transportation of the wind turbines in accordance with the rules and requirements of the relevant permits. After dismantling and transportation of the wind turbines, Ecowind will be responsible for dismantling the Balance Of Plant (BOP). Exploitation on the same location The second option is to buy the complete windfarm as it is and exploit it on the same location. In that case, Ecowind will support the buyer in the permit process. We prefer selling directly to end-users. 9. Rules and regulations In addition to the rules and requirements in the permits, the buyer is responsible for compliance with all other applicable rules and regulations, including: - Applicable Dutch rules and regulation - Arbo catalog Wind - Guidelines Rijkswaterstaat - Safety Manual NWEA (Dutch Wind Energy Association) - Provisions from the flora and fauna laws and regulations The buyer, its employees and third-parties are under the obligation to comply with all relevant HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) rules. The same applies to any company rules and regulations adopted by Ecowind in the field of HSE. Furthermore, the buyer and all third-parties commissioned by it will be VCA (Veiligheid Checklist Aannemers) certified or equal, for example OHSAS 18001. All workers shall have a valid VCA certificate. The buyer will also provide a HSE-plan for acceptance. Dismantling the turbines should be executed by a company with sufficient competence and experience. The spoken language of all personnel on site will be either Dutch or English. 5 P a g i n a

Appendix A Product Data Sheet: N90/2500 turbine The new N90/2500 is a direct further development of the N80/2500 and N90/2300 series. Nordex has now produced over 1000 wind turbines from this series. Some of these turbines have been installed at very challenging locations, thereby Nordex has been able to gain a great deal of experience. With the N90/2500 you opt for a mature product that has proven itself over and over again.
