All references to a vendor/builder in this Application may refer to a vendor only, a builder only, or both a vendor and builder. PLEASE NOTE: A vendor/builder must be registered and submit the required condominium security to Tarion, prior to the signing of Agreements of Purchase and Sale, taking of deposit monies, and/or commencing construction of a proposed condominium project.
