Maithan Ispat Jai Balaji Existing dry processing system replaced with retro-fitted wet screening and ore fines processing plant This has ensured effective removal of the -5mm material from the 5-30mm processed ore which is used as feed for the DRI kilns The new plant has delivered a 2% point increase in Fe in both the 0-5mm and 5-30mm processed ore significantly improving metallization Overall yield is 91% with 94% Fe recovery The CDE Asia plant has resulted in improvement of 2%+ in Fe and reduction in phosphorus by 0.005%+ of the iron ore. There is a significant improvement in kiln operation, campaign life and overall economics. Aditya Agarwal, Maithan Ispat Iron ore fines processing plant Low grade fines with high (alumina and silica) clay levels We effectively processed this waste fraction to provide a saleable market grade iron ore. Our main focus was around not only decreasing the alumina and silica levels but also ensuring maximum levels of yield were achieved.

Conveyor feed boots lined with Polyurethane to maximise production time Feedboxes with replaceable 20mm Polyurethane liners
