OPERATIONS DIRECTOR The consistent Christiaan Beirowski, Director at Retail Risk Specialists, is a highly qualified IT Systems Engineer with almost ten years of risk, compliance and auditing experience within the retail security sphere. Fully Outsourced Risk Personnel We are able to offer our clients two basic types of risk personnel: risk RISK ADMINISTRATORS Our risk administrators are typically deployed to admiisttrate logistics and check and verify stock recieved or dispatched in warehouses and distribution centres. Retail Risk Specialists were the first to initiate this kind of service on the retail market, as we realised that these functions do not necessarily have to be executed by security guards. As risk administrators' salaries are not regulated by the security industry, our clients can now get the same job done at a much lower cost. SECURITY GUARDS In cases where the function indeed justifies the use of a fully qualified and graded security guard, Retail risk Specialists is able to provide clients with security guards ranging from Grade E to A. Grade E guards, typically suitable for patrolling and guarding an area where goods are stored. Grade D guards would do that and have additional responsibilities such as controlling and monitoring the movement and entry of individuals and vehicles in the guarded area. Grade C guards are qualified to transport and supervise Grade E and D guards. Grade B guards are able to supervise Grade C guards and are typically placed in a supervising capacity. Grade A guards are able to screen, train and manage all other guards. RISK SUPERVISORS administrators and security guards.
