Who can participate and how? Top Down Approach All Step Change in Safety member companies can participate in the Workforce Engagement project Each member company has a Step Change in Safety contact person This person has been set-up in the system as the Workforce Engagement champion for his / her company The champion can register s to the company profile and appoint administrators for each The company champion or the administrator can create a survey All staff and contractors on the site are encouraged to participate in the survey Champion can view reports from all work sites within the company profile Administrators can view reports for all surveys on their only follow us on Twitter @StepChangeInfo
