As a Velocity member, you can redeem your Points for flights, flight upgrades, holidays, travel and hundreds of products via the Velocity Rewards Store. Seats are subject to availability and may not be available at peak times or on all flights. Name changes are not permitted. Refunds and itinerary changes are permitted prior to travel, and may be subject to a service

fee, fare differences (if applicable) and fare restrictions as outlined on the Virgin Australia website. For a redemption booking, the payment amount will comprise of taxes. A fee will apply to redemption bookings if booked by phone ($35 or 4,500 Points per person for Virgin Australia domestic and international short-haul redemption bookings and $60 or 7,500 Points per person for Virgin Australia international long-haul redemption bookings and redemption bookings on Velocity's international partner airlines). Taxes, fees and surcharges are payable in addition to Velocity Points redeemed. Any taxes or fee components are not eligible for Points earn. A minimum checked baggage allowance of 1 piece up to 23kg applies for Economy Reward Seats and allowances increase for Silver, Gold and Platinum members. View baggage allowances for Reward Seat Redemptions. Additional fees will be charged for baggage in excess of the published allowances. When does the promotion start? 9:00am (AEST) on 14 th September 2016 When does the promotion end? 11.59pm (AEDT) on 31 st October 2016 What are the Participating Products? Payment in full of the Participating Product during the Promotional Period. Should I register my claim if I have only paid a deposit on my Participating Product? No. You should pay for your participating product in full prior to registering your claim, and you must pay for your Participating Product in full during the Promotional Period. Remember, you must register your claim within 14 days of purchasing the Participating Product, where purchase means payment in full during the Promotional Period. How do I register my claim? 1. Purchase a Samsung SUHD TV (by making payment in full) from a Participating Retail Store during the Promotional Period, subject to clause 13 of the full terms and conditions. Visit the Terms & Conditions page to view the full T&C s. 2. Visit Samsung.com/au/offer, click on the promotion page ( website ) follow the prompts to the online claim form ( Online Claim Form ). 3. Input all requested details into the online claim form, including without limitation, their full name contact telephone number, email address, place of residence and their Velocity Frequent Flyer membership number. If you don t have a Velocity Frequent Flyer membership number you can join for free today. Visit velocityfrequentflyer.com/samsung to become a member. Please note Online Claim Form details MUST match exactly your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership details. 4. Upload a copy of the original tax invoice for the Purchase of their Samsung SUHD TV. 5. Provide the serial number and a photo of the serial number of their Samsung SUHD TV in accordance with Clauses 11 and 12 of the full terms and conditions. 6. Submit the fully completed Online Claim Form with fourteen (14) days of purchasing the Samsung SUHD TV (Online Claim Forms will not be accepted after 11.50pm (AEDT) on Monday, 14 November 2016).

Where is my Participating Product s serial number located? The serial number is a 15 character sequence made up of letters and numbers following S/N located on a sticker on the back of the SUHD TV. For example: S/N A1234567890ABCD. Please do not provide the serial number as shown on the product s packaging as this is not a 15 character sequence. Can I still register my claim if I am not a Velocity member? No, you must hold a Velocity membership account to register your claim. How do I register for a Velocity membership account? If you are not a Velocity Frequent Flyer member you can join for free today. Visit velocityfrequentflyer.com/samsung Can I provide my Velocity membership number once I have registered my claim? No, you must provide your Velocity membership number during your claim registration. What do I do if I have forgotten my Velocity Membership Number? If you know the email address, First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth registered on your Velocity account, and have set up your security question, you can recover your Velocity membership number via the Velocity website. Your membership number will then be emailed to the address registered on your Velocity account. Alternatively call the membership Contact Centre on 13 18 75 who can further assist you. Can I register a claim in a different name to my Velocity membership account name? Your first name and surname of your Velocity Points claim must exactly match that of your Velocity membership account. If you register your Velocity Points claim with a different first name and surname to that of your Velocity membership account, and your claim is deemed invalid, we will not be able to credit your account with 36,000 Velocity Points until your claim name matches your Velocity membership account name. How do I provide a copy of my tax invoice? You must upload a copy of your tax invoice when completing the Online Claim Form. How do I provide my Participating Product's serial number and a photo of my Participating Product's serial number? You must provide your Participating Product s serial number and a photo of your Participating Product s serial number at the same time. You can provide your serial number and serial number photo when completing the Online Claim Form or you can insert your serial number and upload the serial number photo online via the Track Claim page within 7 days of receiving your Participating Product, provided the Participating Product is delivered and its serial number submitted no later than 11:59pm (AEDT) on 5 December 2016. After this date the track claim page will close and claims for Points cannot be submitted. Except in the case where delivery delay is caused by Samsung, the relevant Participating Retail Store, or their distributors. Can I provide a photo of my Participating Product s serial number separately to providing my Participating Product s serial number? No. You must provide your Participating Product s serial number and a photo of your Participating Product s serial number at the same time. Do I need to register within 14 days of purchasing the Participating Product if my Participating Product is on back order?

Yes, you must complete the Online Claim Form within 14 days of purchasing your Participating Product, where purchase means payment in full during the Promotional Period. Whilst completing the Online Claim Form you will need to tick the box on the online claim form to indicate that you have not received your Participating Product. If you do not register your claim within this period, your claim may be deemed invalid. What happens if the serial number photo that I provide is not a photo of my Participating Product s serial number? You will receive a More Information Required notification email to your registered email address requesting you re-supply your serial number and serial number photo. Once you receive this email you will have 14 days to re-supply your serial number and serial number photo via the Track Claim page to be eligible to receive the Velocity Points. If you do not resupply your serial number and serial number photo within this period, your claim may be deemed invalid. What happens if the serial number from the Participating Product that I provide is incorrect? You will receive an Invalid Serial Number notification email to your registered email address advising you that the serial number that you have provided has been deemed invalid. Once you receive this email you will have 14 days to provide the correct serial number and serial number photo via the Track Claim page to be eligible to receive the Velocity Points. If you do not provide the correct serial number and serial number photo within this period, your claim may be deemed invalid. What happens if there is an outstanding issue with the copy of the tax invoice that I provide? You will receive a More Information Required notification email to your registered email address advising you what information may be missing or illegible. Once you receive this email you will have 14 days to supply a copy of the tax invoice correcting the issue via the Track Claim page to be eligible to receive the Points. If you do not supply a copy of your tax invoice correcting the issue within this period, your claim may be deemed invalid. What happens if the serial number photo that I provide is not a photo of my Participating Product s serial number and there is an outstanding issue with the copy of the tax invoice that I provide? You will receive a More Information Required notification email to your registered email address advising you of both issues. Once you receive this email you will have 14 days to supply your serial number, your serial number photo and a copy of the tax invoice correcting the issue via the Track Claim page to be eligible to receive the Velocity Points. If you do not supply your serial number, your serial number photo and a copy of the tax invoice correcting the issue within this period, your claim may be deemed invalid. How will I know that my claim has been deemed valid? You will receive an Approved Claim notification email to your registered email address advising you that your claim has been deemed valid. How will I know that my claim has been deemed invalid? You will receive an Invalid Claim notification email to your registered email address advising you that your claim has been deemed invalid and the reason why your claim was deemed invalid. How long will it take to receive my Velocity Frequent Flyer Points? Your Velocity membership account will be awarded with the 36,000 Points within 60 days of your claim being deemed valid.

How will I know that my Velocity membership account has been awarded with 36,000 Velocity Points? You can check your Velocity Points balance by logging into your account at www.velocityfrequentflyer.com and selecting My Activities. Who do I contact if I have any questions relating to my Velocity membership account or how to use my 36,000 Velocity Points? Please contact Velocity Frequent Flyer membership Contact Centre on 13 18 75 for customer service inquiries. As a Velocity member, you can redeem your Points for flights, flight upgrades, holidays, travel and hundreds of products via the Velocity Rewards Store. For more information on how to redeem your Velocity Points visit the Velocity website. Where can my Velocity Points take me? There are a number of exciting destinations that your Velocity Points could take you. Reward Seats quoted on the Velocity website are based on a one-way Economy Reward Seat and are subject to availability. Taxes, carrier charges & fees are at additional cost. Visit the Velocity Website to explore other destinations that your Velocity Points could take you. Are the destinations advertised one way, or return? The promotion advertised is based on return Economy domestic Reward Seats and are subject to availability. Taxes, carrier charges & fees are at additional cost. Can I redeem my Velocity Points for cash? No. Do my Velocity Points expire? Velocity Points will expire if there is no activity on your Velocity account for 24 months after the date of last account activity, where last account activity occurs on or after 1 June 2016. Can I claim more than once? Only one (1) claim is permitted per Velocity membership number. Only one (1) claim is permitted per Participating Samsung SUHD TV purchased. Only three (3) claims are permitted per household. Can I exchange or transfer the Velocity Points? You cannot exchange or refund your Velocity Points. You can transfer Velocity Points from your Velocity Account to the Velocity Account of an eligible family member, who is also a Velocity Frequent Flyer member, up to four times per membership Year. Each transfer must be for between 5,000 and 100,000 Velocity Points. You cannot transfer your Velocity Points to anyone other than an eligible family member. Refer to the Velocity website for more information. If the Participating Product is returned, will I have to give back the Velocity Points? If the Participating Samsung SUHD TV is returned after the Promoter processes the claim as outlined in clause 24 of the Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to contact Velocity to request that they do not proceed with the Points allocation. What should I do if I cancel my order? If you have completed the Online Claim Form, please contact Samsung promotion customer service to advise them that you will not complete your purchase (see bottom of the page for this Promotion s customer service contact details). Once you have advised Samsung promotion customer service, we will invalidate your claim.

Who is ineligible to claim? Claimants under the age of 18 who have not have obtained the consent of their parent or legal guardian, companies, businesses or organisations and employees of Samsung, participating Retail Stores or any agency associated with this Promotion, or any immediate family member of such person are ineligible to claim. Immediate families means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, agents, contractors, service providers, offer suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Validity of a claim is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. Claimants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
