Company Overview Taglogic RFID is a pioneer in introducing RFID systems to the Middle East and North Africa region. The firm was launched in 2004 and has since displayed professional and technical expertise through its comprehensive portfolio of industry services and high level of client satisfaction. Taglogic s team incorporates skilled specialists in various fields to offer clients custom and personalized services ranging from expert RFID consulting, software and R&D outsourcing and pilot design and management as well as a specialized range of cutting edge RFID products and solutions. Taglogic RFID s proprietary tools and technologies enable it to deliver to clients exactly what they need, precisely when they need it. With this in mind, Taglogic is first-rate at managing and delivering solutions for national, regional and global accounts. We assist clients in enhancing their dataflow, information centers and resource management through optimized utilization of tracking and identification technology.

Taglogic s Reach Services Taglogic currently operates throughout the Middle East and North Africa region with office in Beirut, Lebanon, Riyadh, KSA, and Dubai, UAE, achieving a thorough and comprehensive coverage of the Middle East and North Africa region, and with outsourcing and consulting services reach to Europe and North America. Experience Taglogic RFID has extensive experience with RFID, particularly within the supply chain, security, asset tracking and medical/healthcare industries. It has developed successful and innovative software tracking systems for several firms, in which items such as medical devices (stents and pacemakers), pharmaceuticals, banknotes, high value assets are tracked, using RFID tags, through the manufacturing, transportation, and deployment stages, through final disposition of each item. Software was developed for several custom hardware devices, which operate in difficult radio environments, and require substantial software sophistication to filter and correct the raw data received. These devices were often integrated with central Web servers and databases, using service oriented architectures (SOA), while adhering to strict regulations on patient privacy (HIPAA), FDA, government and corporate security protocols and banking secrecy. Taglogic RFID operated on massive amounts of RFID data which stored and analyzed on distributed servers and made available to manufacturers, hospitals, and government institutions through a series of analytical reports. Performance, availability, security, and flexibility are key requirements for this software suite. Taglogic is the partner of choice for companies aiming at transitioning their business processes to automated digital capture platforms, investing in RFID technology, developing live complex corporate reporting portals and/or outsourcing any of their software or R&D needs. Within the RFID field, Taglogic RFID Ltd., through its team of highly skilled, RFID certified RF engineers, Software Engineers and System Integrations, can provide the following services: RFID Systems RFID Data Flow Design Tagging Procedures Mandate compliance Warehouse coverage analysis Hardware and Software product selection Hardware and Software design and development RFID Consulting Preparation and Negotiation of RFID Systems RFQ RFID Pilots Design, Specification, and Implementation supervision RFID Enabling Supply chain operations Selection and Procurement of RFID Systems

Genutag Despite immense efforts to fight counterfeit, billions of dollars are lost to counterfeiting each year. GenuTag can greatly reduce this loss and maintain a secure supply of products. GenuTag is a Patent Pending anti-counterfeit prevention device that gives consumers the ability to authenticate purchased products. It is targeted to safeguard a product s authenticity and reduce counterfeit by raising the consumers awareness. It can easily identify authentic products. It detects whether or not a product is genuine and alerts the consumer in a friendly manner. It is easy to use and requires no instructions. The consumer can place the product on the GenuTag base. It will light green if the product is genuine, red otherwise. It is lightweight and can be easily transportable. It uses cost effective RFID hardware and comes at a very affordable price. It can be easily installed on pharmacies counters. With a growing need to fight counterfeit, GenuTag can be used for multiple manufacturer products. It is an anti-counterfeit prevention that relates to all the counterfeit-attacked industries: Pharmaceuticals and consumer goods (foods and drinks, audio, video, luxury goods, cosmetics, chemicals, etc.). The invention uses RFID technology as well as other types of electronic sensors. This device includes a reader assembly that reads the tag on a product and compares it a set of authentic tag IDs stored on the memory card. The device determines whether an item is genuine or fraud and alerts the consumer in a friendly manner.

RFID Product Development Networked Device Controller Unit (DCU) Taglogic RFID Ltd. is the only company within the Middle East region to operate a full research and development lab that aims at exploring cutting edge wireless technologies, developing breakthrough RFID components and test / benchmark RFID products prior to selection for client deployment. Taglogic RFID Ltd. to date has several patent pending technologies ranging from RFID devices, wireless sensors to low level wireless protocols. The company currently showcases the following solutions: Networks standalone device controller unit (DCU) Cooler tracking solution Smart sensor tag (voltage surge, temperature, humidity, etc..) Tamper proof rugged, re-usable, EPC Gen2 tag enclosure Genutag: Standalone, consumer product authenticity validation device The Device Controller is a networked and programmable processor unit that can be used for raw data collection and edge processing. Once programmed and connected to a data reader, the device operates as a standalone unit and saves all the data read into its non volatile memory. The device provides a cost effective and efficient alternative to deploying control stations at critical data collection points. The combination of the DCU and any data capture device constitutes a complete data collection and communication endpoint. Input: The DCU supports a very wide range of Data Readers: UHF RFID reader HF RFID reader 2D Barcode reader Smart card reader Output: Data captured by the RCU can be saved on a local memory. It can be retrieved from the DCU through: Easily removable SD Card Ethernet port RS232 port connected to a PC WIFI connection

Cooler Tracking Solution Smart Sensor Tag Taglogic RFID s cooler tracking solution is a hardware and software product that was specifically designed to cater for the asset tracking needs of Bottlers, and other operations that maintains a large fleet of coolers, vending machines and other POS equipment. The solution allows the tagging, tracking and maintenance of cooler fleets deployed in the field. The solution comprises the following: Specially designed re-usable tamper proof RFID tag enclosures Near field handheld RFID readers Far field handheld RFID readers Sales and maintenance handheld software Data aggregation middleware server Reporting and management server Smart Tag is a passive tag which allows monitoring the temperature, weight, location, and other asset related variations as a function of time. Whenever the sensor detects any variation, it sends an interrupt to the microcontroller, which transforms this interrupt into data and saves it to the HF RFID passive tag. The entire circuitry is powered up by a battery that has a 3 years life time. Its typical field of application is in vending machines, transportation and supply chain of medical products, foods etc., since it allows the continuous monitoring of the goods conditions. Technical Specifications: Monitors sensor variations as a function of time Connects to a wide range of sensors via TTL or RS232 Up to 6 m reading range Core based on Passive tag (read/write) HF 13.56MHZ ISO 15693 Model UHF EPC GEN2 Model 3 years battery life time Possible Implementations: Coolers and Vending Machines Pharmaceutical Products Vehicles Valuable & heavy Assets
