The following screenshots showcase the features and functions available in the DASH application. However, complete visibility to all features will depend on the Gogo IFEC configuration of the aircraft and the aircrafts flight state at the time of application access. Application homepage The Wi-Fi connection, connection sources and services detected on the aircraft are visible. The indication of Available or Active in green indicates systems are operating as intended. Clicking on the item will provide additional information. Depending on what Gogo products and services you have installed, pages may vary as this application is dynamic and only detects what you have in 9

Wi-Fi section The Wi-Fi summary shows details relating to the cabin network health and connection. In this example, the total number of connected devices is visible. Only information relating to the Service Set Identifier (SSID) (which is the name of the Wi-Fi access point (WAP)) will be visible by the device running DASH. The user can get additional details on the connected devices, run quick network tests like ping and traceroute, along with the ability to send an email log of information DASH collected. 10

WI-Fi section: connected devices Once all the connected devices are discovered on the network, the ability to dig deeper into the connected devices is enabled. Through the connected devices section, you will be able to view the details about the devices on the cabin network including device name, device vendor, and IP and MAC addresses. This will help you identify how many active users are on the cabin network. 11

Wi-Fi section: ping network section Ping is a command to test if a host IP address is reachable. This command will provide a statistical summary of results typically including minimum, maximum, and mean round-trip times, number of packets received to packets and percentage of packets lost. The app will ping 25 times before quitting the ping test. Average ping results will display if at least 3 pings are executed. The default IP address of 4.2.2.2 is a public Level 3 DNS server or alternative IP address can be entered if desired. 12

Wi-Fi section: run traceroute The information traceroute provides is the path a packet of information takes, from your device to the one that is specified. It should list all routers it passes through to reach its destination or fails to reach. This traceroute shows failed hops. This information is helpful in the troubleshooting process if there is a perceived problem. 13

Wi-Fi section: send log feature This is an example of sending a screenshot within the send DASH log feature within the Wi-Fi section of DASH. The network diagnostic information is included in the log, along with the Gogo Aircraft Identifier (ACID), tail number and event log. Logs will be sent through the device s native email. If there is no connectivity, the email will be stored and sent when connectivity is available. Once the log is sent to Gogo, a Gogo customer support individual will be notified and will reach out to you if there is a detected issue. 14

Source details: Gogo Biz 4G ASA with poor signal In this example, ASA is achieved. However, Gogo Biz 4G is the Active (Amber) because there is poor signal strength. 18

Source details: Gogo Biz ATG software upgrade available When AVANCE or ATG has software that is out of date, DASH can inform you of the current version available. By clicking the Find out more button, you can see a PDF that highlights the benefits to upgrading the software to the current version. 19

Homepage: SwiftBroadband connection source In this example, SwiftBroadband is the Active data connection source. The active connection source will always be the first connection source in the list. 20

Source details: SwiftBroadband with good signal Through the SwiftBroadband source details page, we see the Active (Green) status along with status rational information displayed, including signal strength, serial number, software revision, and hardware type. A system user guide and network coverage map is also provided. 21

Source details: SwiftBroadband active coverage map This is the active coverage map for SwiftBroadband, a satellite based connectivity solution that is worldwide. The two distinct areas illustrated depend on what type of system hardware is present. The coverage for the Aviator 200 system is shown in the smaller area and the coverage for Aviator 300 & 350 systems is shown in the larger area. You can see the aircraft location on the map. Gogo Cloud locations will be available if a UCS or SCS is detected. 22

Homepage: Terrestrial Modem connection source on ground If a UCS or SCS is installed and the aircraft is on the ground, Terrestrial Modem will be listed as the Active (Green) connection source. 23

Source details: UCS Terrestrial Modem not on ground Through reading the status rational, we see that UCS Terrestrial Modem is not available because it has ground availability only. 27

Source details: SCS Terrestrial Modem not on ground Through reading the status rational, we see that SCS Terrestrial Modem is not available because it has ground availability only. 28

Source details: Terrestrial Modem software upgrade available When the UCS or SCS has software that is out of date, DASH can inform you of the current version available. By clicking the Find out more button, you can see a PDF that highlights the benefits to upgrading the software to the current version. 29

Homepage with services This screenshot shows, all the services available on the aircraft and the associated service status. 30

Services: Vision catalog up to date By clicking into the summary page for Vision, we can see the current catalog number loaded to the aircraft and the last date the catalog was updated. Through clicking the What s Playing, button we can see a list of titles on the latest catalog. 31

Services: Vision What s Playing This is an example of the Gogo Vision What s Playing PDF for catalog 131. When the catalog gets updated each month, this document will be updated as well. 32

Services: Vision catalog update available This shows the Vision service status as Available (Amber) for use but there is a new catalog ready for upload through USB stick to the UCS or through Gogo Cloud location at a participating FBO location. A PDF can be accessed for the list of Gogo Cloud locations at various FBOs. 33

Services: Gogo Text & Talk ASA Gogo Text & Talk is fully functional above service altitude (ASA). There is one client using Gogo Text & Talk and you may view a user guide for this service. 34

Services: Gogo Text & Talk BSA The Gogo Text & Talk service is Unavailable (Amber) as we would expect when we are below service altitude (BSA) since this service relies on the ATG to be functional. 35

Services: Gogo Text & Talk: on ground When you are on the ground, Gogo Text & Talk would display that it is unavailable over the Gogo Biz network. 36

Services: Gogo Biz Voice ASA Here we are ASA and all functionality is available. We also see that 2 Gogo OnePhones are connected for Gogo Biz Voice use. 37

Services: Gogo Biz Voice ASA with weak signal With a weaker signal strength, services may be reduced and not available for use to prevent a poor user experience. As soon as better signal strength is received, restrictions will be removed. 38

Services: Iridium summary This shows Iridium information including hardware type (Axxess) and number of available connections to make a call. You can view an Axxess system user guide and an Iridium coverage map PDF. 39

Services: Iridium coverage map This is an example of a coverage map found within the application. Specifically, this map is for Iridium coverage. All coverage maps are similar in look and coloration. 40

Services: Iridium no signal This demonstrates a situation where the Axxess system is not receiving signal and therefore a call cannot be made. 41
