As one of the nation s largest full-service floor covering contractors, Consolidated Carpet leads the industry in our environmentally conscious programs and we are committed to providing innovative sustainable and reclamation services for every project. Installation Consolidated Carpet strives to be environmentally aware installers. When providing estimates for our projects, the team at Consolidated Carpet provides precise material estimates which eliminate excess scrap waste and transportation costs. The scraps we do have are brought back to the warehouse and diverted from the landfill. We also install using low-voc adhesives and self-leveling materials whenever possible. Because our installers are trained in these practices, project teams pursuing LEED certification can be confident we will abide by LEED VOC requirements, thus contributing to their certification goals. We are committed to not only providing our clients the most resource-efficient flooring installations possible, but also utilizing environmentally sustainable measures to the greatest extent we can.
