THE LOCATIONS OF UNDERGROUND UTILITIES SHOWN ON THESE PLANS ARE AS OBTAINED FROM THE OWNER OF THE UTILITY AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 153.64 ORC. EXISTING UNDERGROUND UTILITIES AND SERVICES ARE SHOWN IN THEIR APPROXIMATE LOCATIONS ACCORDING TO THE BEST INFORMATION AVAILABLE. THE LOCATIONS SHOWN ARE INTENDED ONLY AS A GUIDE AND CANNOT BE GUARANTEED AS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
