Agile staff app The Agile Staff Application will allow you to mobilise ANY system to a tablet or smart phone. The solution supports on-line and off-line working and will provide your fieldbased teams with all of the information they need at their fingertips. EDRM Search for all of your documents securely and stream audio, video, documents and images directly to the device. Thumbnails, swipe and pinch to zoom are all standard features. Documents and files can be edited and uploaded quickly and securely with all of the usual feature rich indexing capabilities of Castleton s EDRM system. SharePoint Castleton Technology Staff App provides secure access to SharePoint document libraries meaning that any intranet based publications or guidance can be accessible to fieldbased staff. Forms Castleton Technology forms designer will allow you to create any kind of form using simple drag & drop technology and deploy to your mobile devices. Video, images and audio files can be embedded within the forms, as well as signatures and GPS information to provide a complete audit trail. Completed forms can be linked to a single or a series of end-points that will trigger workflows, raise cases, update data and send email alerts. Our enhanced PDF output engine allow you to export all form controls into a PDF for things such as direct debit mandates, tenancy agreements and much more. Network Shares The Staff app can provide secure access to any network shares that the user can access whilst they are in the office allowing instant and secure access to policy and procedure documents or other useful information whilst working remotely. Capture Photos & Videos Attach photo, audio and videos to documents whilst out in the field. All captured media is geo-tagged & time stamped so you can see when and where it was taken. You can edit, highlight and annotate for greater clarity. CRM Our Agile CRM module makes it possible for field-based teams to access key information about your customers. Rent, repairs, vulnerabilities, service charges, documents, diary notes, contact history the list is endless. Accessible via a single, intuitive, simple to use interface that will work on-line or off-line. Data Driven Tasks Data driven tasks are a way to send a task to an Agile user based on something happening in a core system. For example if a tenants rent balance exceeds a certain level Agile will send the task out to the relevant Housing Officer. Using the Agile appointments plugin it is now possible to create tasks for officers directly from Outlook.
Agile customer app The Agile Customer Mobile App allows you to empower customers by providing instant self-service access to information via IOS, Android and Windows tablets, and smart phones. The solution encourages self-service, providing an efficient and instant communication channel for customers to engage with your organisation. Your customers can: log a repair pay their rent view a paperless statement of service charges and rent transactions log a complaint or compliment report and evidence ASB access key contact information and completed repairs. They can also make a payment via the app and this can link into any of your payment gateways i.e. Allpay or Worldpay. Customers can view their full details via the app and see who their housing officer is and via here can change any details e.g. their contact number. When used in conjunction with the form module, customer facing forms can be published for a range of services. On completion of a form tasks can be automated to trigger workflows, send email notifications or raise cases seamlessly. The same forms can also be published to your web portal and/or customer contact teams, providing a secure and easy way to deliver consistent service.
