About Us... REAGENS Ltd. was established in 1990, initially for the development, production and distribution of reagents for haematology analyzers. Few years later, as a result of a continuous and intensive research program, REAGENS Ltd. developed its own technology for preserving red blood cells for blood serology tests. This step represented our entrance to the world of immunohematology. We also produce additional reagents used for immunohematology tets such as LISS, Bromeline, Lyophilised papain, buffer solution, etc. We are proud to be the only company in Hungary who has the knowhow for production of ABO, screening and panel cells and of assayed immunohematology control for internal and external QC. These products are the ReaCell respectively Rea IQC product groups. REAGENS Ltd. has significant market share in Hungary and our production for export is also growing.
