THE F3T AFFILIATE PROGRAM The Fly Fishing Film Tour (F3T) has become the entertainment event of the year for America s diverse fishing community. Each year the film tour screens in over 150 North American cities and provides a venue to showcase some of the world s best independent outdoor filmmakers. The goal of the F3T is to energize the industry and inspire filmmakers to create new cutting edge films that both entertain and educate outdoor enthusiasts. The F3T is one of the most anticipated events in the fishing community for sportsmen, conservation groups, and industry manufacturers alike. As a result, demand for showings has been such that it is impossible to visit all feasible markets and accommodate all venue requests as a part of the F3T Tour. To meet this challenge an Affiliate Program has been developed that enables independent local organizers to stage the film tour in those cities and areas not included on the primary hosted F3T Tour. HOSTING AN AFFILIATE EVENT Webeye Group, LLC invites you to bring the F3T to your community through the F3T Affiliate Program and increase the awareness of fly fishing through a staged event featuring our powerful film. We offer a proven way to entertain and motivate audiences in your town. The event can be used to raise funds for a local or national organization, gain exposure for an environmental campaign and create exposure for local fly fishing retailers. We encourage you to consider joining with others who have introduced this inspiring event to their community. It is easy and affordable to host a screening. We provide a turnkey event complete with all the films, promotional materials and proven capability for online ticket sales. You have to select and book an appropriate venue and then reach out into your community to bring together your audience. An event can be hosted within a few weeks if you already have a well-defined audience. If you are interested in hosting an Affiliate Event, please review the hosting guidelines. Please note that the Affiliate Program has been set up to be independent of the primary hosted tour and the F3T staff do not travel to your venue. You pick the date that works for you, find a suitable venue and we will then help build your program and provide you with a DVD or Blu-ray that is properly formatted and ready to go! As an Affiliate you are not restricted to a beginning of the year event. End of the year events have proven to be equally as successful and we encourage you to consider this option. For the established fly fisher the event provides inspiration before the new season kicks off. For the novice it is an introduction to broader fly fishing experience and an opportunity to hang out with the experts. For the fly fishing industry it is a unique opportunity to introduce new products to a responsive customer. Many audience members do not fish but nevertheless have enjoyed the beauty and excitement of the film and the overall entertainment provided by the event. As such it should also be considered as an effective fundraiser for sporting clubs, charitable and other organizations. PAGE 3
MARKETING SUPPORT FOR AFFILIATE EVENTS National Promotions for F3T Tour which can also boost your Event Exposure from national ad campaigns carried out for the F3T Tour. This happens mainly during the first half of each year and is featured in both magazines and blogs. Unique exposure from a customized schedule page on the F3T website, which is further linked to the larger Webeye Group Network including Hunting Film Tour and Outdoor Outlaws internet video series. We have over 30,000 followers through our social media outlets including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and are gaining over 5,000 followers each year. This allows interaction with other fly fishing enthusiasts through which you can draw further attention to your event. Marketing Support provided for Basic Event HD DVD (Blu-ray or Standard) $75 credit for print materials (Posters, Flyers, Tickets, etc.) Customized E-mail Blast) for local Campaigns F3T National Website Schedule and Google Map Promotional Swag Package including selected materials that can be used as giveaways and door prizes. Optional Deluxe and Premium Packages to aid with fundraising when the items are used for raffles or auctions Optional F3T Hats and Promotional Video Packages to improve attendance and fundraising All attendees will be entered into the F3T Grand Prize Sweepstakes. National recognition through F3T social media SOnline Ticketing. Customizable Event Page which includes links to relevant sources, websites. Also allows space for local sponsor recognition Tech Support & Event Management Deluxe and Premium Packages (Optional) For organizers using the event primarily for fund raising the F3T again offers a Deluxe promotional package This package costs an additional $250 and contains selected deluxe items from major F3T sponsors. Whereas the the items could be used as giveaway items and/or door prizes, the major benefit to Affiliate organizers would be realized through Auctions or Raffles. Funds could be raised for supported organizations and/or charities to at least equal their $500 retail value. A Premium package is also available for an additional $500. This package contains selected premium items from major F3T sponsors. Used in the same way as the deluxe Items for auctions, etc. these Items could raise funds for supported organization and/or charities to at least their $1,000 retail value. F3T Sweepstakes Prizes All attendees are eligible for Grand Prizes offered by our generous national sponsors. For a complete listing of all the available prizes offered please visit the F3T website. Sweepstakestake cards must be returned for entry. F3T Hats and Promotional Video (Optional) To further aid with fundraising efforts we are offering current year F3T Hats. These are provided in boxes of 12 hats for $120/ box. The hats which retail at $20/hat can be given away as door prizes, raffled or auctioned off, etc. Your choice! To boost local attendance, we will create and edit a promotional video for your event for $100. This will use the F3T trailer and then add your event information either before and\or after the trailer. Video will be about 2-minute-long where you provide the event information and any relevant logos. A link will be provided to download the video file from Dropbox PAGE 4
PRICING FOR F3T AFFILIATE EVENT Event Licensing Fee with Basic Services: $900 National promotion. Customized event page listed on the F3T website. Customized events posted on the F3T Facebook and other social media Listing on the national advertising campaign carried out for the F3T Tour (requires commitment prior to January 1st each year). The F3T Fly Fishing Film on a ready to play DVD (BluRay and Standard). F3T Promotional Package including swag for advertising, giveaways and door prizes Customizable Posters, Flyers, Tickets & Sweepstakes Cards ($75 Credit) Online ticket sales. All attendees will be eligible for the Grand Prize give-away contingent on receipt of the sweepstakes cards. This prize is usually a trip for 2 to a destination fishing location. Telephone & E-mail support, where needed, from the F3T staff. Deluxe and Premium Package (Optional Extra): $250 and $500 Payment Terms $250 per event, non refundable deposit at time of booking Payment due in full within 14 days after event date. Invoice will be sent within 7 days after event is complete. Acceptable methods of payment: Company check, Visa, Master Card, American Express. Online-Ticketing An on-line ticketing service can be provided through F3T to enhance event ticket sales. Net revenues from on-line ticket sales will be sent 14 days after receipt of DVD and any extra marketing materials. GUIDELINES FOR HOSTING A FLY FISHING FILM TOUR AFFILIATE EVENT 1. Contact the F3T by email at affiliate@mayflymedia.com 2. Request Application and Terms & Conditions 3. Find a suitable venue location and select preferred date(s) 4. Complete and sign Application It is important to provide as much information as you have available, as this will be used by the F3T to provide subsequent marketing support for the event. 5. Send in completed Application along with $250 check. We also accept credit cards 6. On receipt we will review and confirm the venue location and date.
