The core areas are process optimization and the consolidation of business process management and IT. Optimization potentials are identified, and together with the client, target processes are defined as part of business process management. All relevant processes are defined, structured and prioritized in a Business Process Master List. The RACI method (RACI = Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) is used to identify and allocate responsibilities to ensure both a clear definition as well as a precise distinction between different roles and responsibilities. In order to ensure an efficient process design and industry benchmarking, a database with reference processes for the industry is provided. Processes can be specifically measured and improved by means of a KPI system.
