We will email a link to register with IU Conferences. Once registered with IU Conferences, you will have the option to pay via credit card or send a check. REGISTER YOUR ATTENDEES: We recommend 2-4 representatives per table. Register Your Attendees For safety purposes, we are required to collect a name and email for those attending the career fairs. Note: This information will be stored in an electronic check-in system so we can view all attendees in case of an emergency. After your career fair registration has been confirmed, you must submit attendees names via Early Check-in no later than one week before the event. When arriving at the career fair, simply inform the Help Desk of your participation and we will escort you to your table.
It is essential that your available jobs are posted in Kelley Connect (at minimum) 3 weeks prior to the career fairs. Doing so will help: Interest qualified students Students properly research your positions Post Your Job(s) Log in to Kelley Connect and follow these STEPS: On-Campus Interviews Check your ALERTS section for current OCR schedules in need of a position. Select View OCR Schedules to review all of your current schedules. If you are conducting Next Day Interviews, please post your available jobs (see below). IF YOU BRING MATERIALS WITH YOU You may pull up to the curb, near the rear entrance of the Convention Center (south west side) to drop off materials. We will have volunteers there to assist you. Materials DAY OF the Event
HANDLING YOUR MATERIALS AFTER THE EVENT Materials AFTER the Event (including Shipping) If you would like us to handle your materials, you may leave them at your table, provided you follow these steps for ALL of your boxes and/or displays: Attach a copy of our materials form (pick them up at the Help Desk at the fair) to each item and indicate one of these next steps: SHIP: Each package must have a pre-paid FedEx/UPS shipping label, or include your account number. Items will be shipped out the following business day. HOLD FOR CAREER FAIR: Select fair DISTRIBUTE TO: Remaining items given to students at Kelley If items are left at your table and they do not have a materials form, we will recycle them. If you need boxes shipped immediately, please contact your carrier (FedEx 800-463-3339 / UPS 800-742-5877) to schedule a pickup before you leave the career fair. Q. How many representatives can I have at my table? A: We recommend 2-4 representatives per table. A: Our BAP Accounting/Finance Career Fair is by invitation only. The fair is held over two days different companies each day and assignments are based on the industry of your company. If you are interested in attending, please email ucso@indiana.edu and you will be given access to register for your assigned day. FAQ s Q: How do students get to the fair since the venue is off-campus? A: Students have the option to drive, although we encourage them to utilize our free shuttle service! The shuttle leaves every 15 minutes and picks-up and drops-off at the Kelley School. The first bus leaves from Kelley 30 minutes prior to the fair. The last bus leaves from the Convention Center 15 minutes after the fair ends. Q. Are there other non-kelley career fairs available? A: YES!
