Claims Outsourcing Acting as a critical first point of contact, we work with insurers, brokers, Lloyd s underwriters, syndicates and managing agents across more than 30 insurance specialisms across property, casualty and motor claims in the UK and Ireland. Our services are embedded in our clients core processes. We handle complex and volume insurance schemes involving multiple carriers and suppliers, managing more than 1.5bn of claims spend a year. Our Cq digital platform allows real-time online claims access and market leading data integration of client claim and policy digital platforms. We invest in data & analytics to help our clients drive better service, accelerated growth, and increased efficiency. Claims Solutions Loss Adjusting and Professional Services Our loss adjusters and technical teams work across the UK and Ireland, managing domestic and commercial claims from simple losses to multi-million pound industrial losses across first and third party clients, and for short and long tail insurance classes. For many clients we provide end to end integration solutions linking our claims operations, loss adjusting and supply chain solutions to help our clients drive better service, accelerated growth, and increased efficiency. Supply Chain Solutions We provide integrated supply chain and fulfilment solutions across all classes of property and motor claims. Our property business manages repairs ranging from minor escape of water claims to complex project managed solutions. Our property network includes surveyors, engineers, damage mitigation experts, specialists to assist with asbestos removal, through to domestic and commercial reinstatement and construction. Our motor business provides desktop and physical engineering services, using leading repair evaluation tools. We have a fully managed, UK-wide repair network with capability for all vehicles from cars and motorcycles to agricultural and specialist vehicles. We also provide courtesy cars or controlled cost hire in appropriate cases. Recovery and storage and salvage disposal are included in our managed supply chain solution and for injury claims we manage legal services and rehabilitation. 5
Locations Our 1,200-strong team of professionals are based across the UK, Ireland and Bermuda, with headquarters in the City of London, and command centre operations in Stoke, Colchester, Birmingham, Peterborough, Dublin and Hamilton. As a Graduate, you will spend the majority of time in three of our key sites: Stoke On Trent (Property and IT hub), Birmingham (Casualty) and/or London. 6

Disruptive Thinking Davies Disruptive Thinking is a programme that places the power of new ideas in the hands of our people. Our mission is to discover valuable ideas for our clients and our people, so that we can reimagine our business, by using technology and creating a culture of innovation. The programme is an opportunity to help deliver our transformation, by breaking the year down into three terms Discover, Deliver and Disrupt we will source ideas that improves business as usual whilst finding new growth opportunities. Our finalists are invited to a training academy where they will learn tools and techniques to refine and validate their ideas and are given the opportunity to travel to Silicon Valley in San Francisco, California to pitch their ideas to HGGC, our majority shareholders, for investment and development of their idea. 9
What to expect We re looking for professionals to work in our Claims Solutions division of the business. The programme will run over two years. The first 12 months will be based in our Stoke, Birmingham and/or London offices, and the second 12 months will develop you within a specific area of the business (Property, Casualty or IT). Following completion of the programme, Graduates will become a permanent member of the Davies Group. Throughout the entire programme you will be assigned a mentor to help assist with your own personal development plan. 10
Who do we look for? Our programme is designed to give you the opportunity to shape your future with us. We need highly driven, enthusiastic and innovative individuals to help our business grow, and in return we will nurture you in your chosen career path. You will need to work towards a number of professional qualifications, which may include CILA and CII (up to Diploma Level), and other business area specific qualifications. After the first 12 months, there may be the opportunity to move to other locations (dependant upon business need) so flexibility in location (UK), travelling and working hours is required. You must also hold a UK driving licence. Are you a Davies Person? FAQs How many graduates are you looking to recruit? We are looking to place up to five graduates across our business; four in our Claims Solutions operations, and one in our IT team. I don t have one of the preferred degrees, can I still apply? Yes of course. We will consider all degrees and each application on an individual basis. What will my working hours be? You ll work a 40-hour week (usually between 08:30-17:30) but this can change dependant on your chosen business area/ business need. Will I need a car? The first year will involve most of your time being spent in our Stoke and/or Birmingham office. You will not need a car to apply (only a full UK driving licence), but be mindful you will need to be flexible to work from various locations where required. 18
