40 years of experience 80% certification for organic, PDO and PGI products 4.000 employees 200.000 22 million products handled meals per year 700 facilities served Four generations of company history Our company history dates back over four generations but its essence is captured in one word: quality. Today, Ladisa is an organisation of distinction in the catering industry. From its original keen enthusiasm shared over the stoves of a traditional Bari trattoria, the company has developed into an established business with branches throughout Italy. The core business of Ladisa is catering services for schools, hospitals, public institutions, ministries, and private companies. However, the company is also recognised for its other sectors such as the supply of high quality foodstuffs, commercial catering and banqueting and the production of ready-made meals, as well as the planning and construction of industrial kitchens and global service assistance. The company also invests in technology, innovation and training and today ranks as one of the top twelve firms operating in the field.

From North to South, we are everywhere Currently Ladisa manages 18 production plants serving over 750 facilities throughout South, Central and North Italy. The Headquarter is, in Bari, and there are other offices in Rome, Genoa, Turin, Pordenone, Matera and Chieti. Quality in our choice of suppliers, quality of products, quality in services provided and quality in customer satisfaction. This is Ladisa s calling card. We believe that quality also means respect: for the environment, for others and for the world around us. This also means building a business model that constantly invests in its real assets: the staff, who contribute to the growth of the company every day of the year.

Today, Ladisa is present in Italy s leading hospitals, thanks to our research on new equipment and organisational procedures and our know-how developed over years of managing services in health and care structures. 300.000 Institutions 250.000 200.000 150.000 100.000 50.000 67.000** 150.000 100.000** 84.000** 250.000 220.000 200.000 The company is accredited at the most important national institutions: we provide services for ministry departments, armed forces (police, carabinieri, finance police), public authorities, student support services and high-level state owned companies. We also oversee service management in staff bar and canteen facilities. 0 *mgl ** Balance Sheet Data 2014 2015 2016 2017 2018 2019 2020 Banqueting services Working with a carefully-selected team of chefs, maîtres, dessert decorators, confectioners and sommeliers, Ladisa can organise corporate coffee breaks, working breakfasts, company events and institutional ceremonies.

Business Ladisa also organises made-to-measure services for private companies: our team of experts can offer planning proposals to manage catering services for private companies (including factories), acquiring existing meal preparation facilities or building them from scratch. Moreover, our presence throughout the country means we can offer catering on wheels, satisfying all possible customer needs. Food and no food Using an established network of suppliers and logistics with platforms in different regions of Italy, we can supply foodstuffs and non-food products to both private and public companies within 24 hours. Product The company is characterised by its use of products which are organic, short supply chain, PDO (protected denomination of origin) and PGI (protected geographical indication). Our selection of organic producers who do not use pesticides or artificial fertiliser is part of our environmental mission and is complemented by our choice of D.o.p and I.p.g products to safeguard both regional identity and short supply chains, thus reducing the number of stages in foodstuff supply. Catering

GREEN Green methods Ladisa has been aware of environmental issues for a number of years; we were one of the first catering companies to align our production to meet the requirements of Italian Ministerial Decree no.25 on eco-friendly catering (law passed on 25/7/11). Every service provided uses methane-powered transport and energy saving equipment and favours raw materials with a low environmental impact. Food traceability CSB is a specialised management software tool which allows us to check all movements of food products in real time, from the moment they enter the company production cycle (stock provision) until the final phase of meal preparation. It is also allows us to plan our supplies, so reducing transportation and helping to protect the environment. Logistical platforms The company uses a logistics network which extends throughout Italy. It is based on a series of certified logistics platforms which guarantee efficiency, food safety and management control, with warehouses of over 1,000 m² handling tens of thousands of items. Such a high level of organisation allows us to continuously provide stock and renew provisions in a matter of hours. Our goals

Safety The company s laboratory is equipped with the latest equipment to analyse foodstuffs used during the production process. Specialised, qualified staff carry out daily microbiological checks on raw materials and prepared meals, as well as environmental swabs on surfaces and utensils. Invention Thanks to a dedicated staff of architects, engineers, surveyors and interior designers, Ladisa can design and create innovative meal preparation centres, bars, restaurants, kitchens and fully equipped, operational warehouses of all types and sizes. Demand Over recent years, the company has developed its expertise in the provision of services such as caretaking, cleaning, maintenance, gardening and reception. As a result, we can offer an all-inclusive package for all public and private company requirements. Other services

Certifications Ladisa currently holds a variety of certificates which guarantee safety and quality in all our production processes. New investment is aimed towards the issue of further certification awards from internationally recognised bodies. Staff Ladisa employs over 4,000 staff: 70% of the workforce are female. In 2010, the company implemented an Ethical Code of Practice, in line with the model set out by Italian Legislative Decree no. 231 on Company Responsibility (passed on 8/6/2001). This sets guidelines for company policy on transparency, honesty, privacy and fairness. Training Given the continuous changes in the field of collective catering, the staff who work in this field daily require constant development. From the first day of employment (and regularly thereafter), Ladisa assists employees in a training programme aided by a team of professional experts within the field. We offer training courses (including personalised modules) on areas such as Hygiene and Self-Monitoring, Nutrition and Dietetics, Service Quality, Environmental Management Procedures ISO 14001, Workplace Health and Safety and Internal and External Communication. Investing in the future Working with selected university faculties, Ladisa periodically enrols recent graduates on training placement schemes. In most cases, at the end of these internships the trainees are hired in the administrative, management and commercial departments, offering them a valid employment opportunity. Our strength

Looking beyond borders Our business plan for the period 2016-2020 sets out an investment of over 40 million to establish new platforms, meal preparation centres and merger and acquisition ventures as well as for the creation of an innovative research program with CNR on Food Safety. In addition to consolidating our business in the North of Italy, these current lines of investment aim towards the development of innovative internationalisation projects, targeted at new market niches in Europe and overseas for che Bontà brand the line of ready-made meals. Ladisa in the community Ladisa contributes to charity initiatives promoted by public administration bodies and individuals. In collaboration with local parishes and associations, we distribute free meals to the needy within the guidelines for donations set out by the Italian Good Samaritan Law. We also use products grown on land confiscated from organised crime groups, following an agreement with the Apulia Free Territory Association.

Feedback One of the company s keys strength is its continuous exchange of views with customers: we constantly try to offer a better, higher quality service. This is why we listen to our customers opinions every day through our dedicated communication channels. Customer comments are collected from our direct phone lines or e-mail address (ladisascolta@ladisaristorazione.it) or through our company website and social network pages. Involvement Ladisa understands the importance of our customers active participation in the company. As a result, we regularly hold Open Days at our meal preparation centres, opening the doors of our production plants to all those who wish to see how meals are prepared. These events are open to parents, school pupils, teachers, public administration staff and members of the public and allow all the participants to understand the level of quality in our production processes. Monitoring In collaboration with customers, the company regularly monitors the performance of each of its services through questionnaires. The results of these surveys are then published online on website pages dedicated to customers. An analysis of our customer satisfaction can also be carried out online through a specific web page. A Top Class Brand Che Bonta is Ladisa s brand about Ready-made meals, Semi-finished products, and IV range dedicated to B2B and B2C initiatives. Ladisa has designed and planned an optimisation of these meal lines both for national and international markets. Our investment in this venture will see the establishment of new specialised production plants and an organisation unit which can produce tens of thousands of packaged meals for mass retail channel markets. Ready-made meals Ready-made meals are at the forefront of our marketing strategy for the Che Bontà line. They include classic recipes from traditional Mediterranean cuisine in a range of 20 dishes, from pasta and main courses to salads and side dishes. These are available in practical packaging to be stored in the fridge and are ready to eat in a matter of minutes. Among the dishes on offer are three classic examples of Apulian cuisine, broad beans with chicory, aubergine bake and orecchiette pasta in meat sauce.

From fridge to table Semi-finished products The second line of Che Bontà dishes are semi-finished products; meat, cured meats and cheeses. In the state-of-the-art, 12,000 m² Bari plant, weight-measured red and white meat is selected and packaged, both in vacuum sealed containers and in CAP (controlled atmosphere packaging); these include meatballs, hamburgers, minced meat and boned or non-boned cutlets as well as other types of products. The same procedures are used for cold cuts and dairy products. This allows us to prepare and distribute a wide range of cured meats and cheeses which are sliced, weighed and packaged in a variety of formats, according to customer requirements. IV range The third line of Che Bontà dishes is that of fourth range products such as fruit and vegetables. These are freshly picked and selected before being pre-washed and packaged, ready to be tasted by even the most demanding consumers. Desserts The latest product available is our line of desserts. These include ready-for-sale pre-packaged pastries as well as cakes and other delicacies prepared by our team of confectioners.
