We are thrilled to bring you a simplified Host Rewards Program that includes an exciting element we are calling the Virtual Guest. This is designed to help you reach more guests, create more orders and build your Presentation RV. Let s start first with the simplification of the program. We interviewed many users of the existing Host Rewards program and identified areas that caused concern and frustration. We worked with some top specialists in the usability field and created the following step-by-step approach: Step 1 - Create your Presentation Step 2 - Invite Guests Step 3 - Enter Orders Step 4 - Redeem Rewards Virtual Guests In addition, we know that from time to time you have had Presentation invitees who were unable to attend. Now those guests do not have to be left out. Now their invitation will link them to a shopping experience where they can place orders, or sign up as a Preferred Client or New Arbonne Independent Consultant. This order will contribute to the Presentation, and the RV will count toward the Host Rewards. This feature is called the Virtual Guest it allows the Host to include people unable to attend, those who live too far away, and those who would just rather order from home. Your RV will increase, leading you to a stronger, healthier business. If you choose not to use the email invitations but would still like to offer Virtual Guest ordering, we have an additional option. When you create your Presentation, a Presentation ID will appear within your My Group Presentations page. Guests can go to presentations.arbonne.com and enter the Presentation ID. They will go to the Shop Online area for this Presentation. Page 1

Embedded Tips When you go through program, you will notice training tips embedded within the program, appearing as question mark icons (?). Click on the question marks and additional information will pop up. Another training element is embedded in mouse-overs. As you hover over various terms, messages will appear to help direct and train you along the way. We encourage you to explore and allow the system to lead you through the process. IMPORTANT: If your Host or Presentation guest has decided to join your business as a Preferred Client or new Arbonne Independent Consultant and sponsor others within this Presentation, you should complete the sign-up process outside of the Host Rewards program. This will expedite obtaining the Consultant ID, which is needed when sponsoring others in the Host Rewards Program. If you have any questions along the way, review the following steps for additional help. Access the Host Rewards Program from at the top right of the Internet Consultant section of the web page. You will see this page: My Group Presentations If you are creating a new Presentation, click on the Create Presentation button at top right. If you are returning to a Presentation, simply click on the Presentation name, or enter the name of the Host or Presentation name in the search box. When you click on Create Presentation, you will see the first step in the four-step process. Page 2

Create A Presentation This step allows you to set up your Presentation. First, you will be asked to name your Presentation. This identifies this Presentation for reference and helps create a theme for the email invitations. An example of a Presentation name might be: Laura s Get Fit Workshop. You will also be asked to fill in the date and time of the Presentation and the Host information. If the Host is already in your My Contacts list, click on Look Up button, find the Host, click the name of the host, and the fields will populate with the correct information. If you are hosting the Presentation, check the box under the date of the Presentation. At the bottom is an area called Presentation Options. Check the box you would like to apply to the email invitations you send to guests: Hide guest list on invitation: Select if you do not wish the guest list to be visible to other guests. Allow guests to share via social media: Select to allow guests to share your invitation via Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn. Allow guests to shop online for this Presentation: Select to allow guests who are unable to attend the Presentation to order products and have them shipped directly to them. The RV will count toward the Presentation, and your Host will benefit. Once you have completed Create A Presentation, click on Continue. This will lead you to the next step: Invite Guests. Page 3

Invite Guests On the Invite Guests page, you will create a guest list. To begin, click on Add Guests, which will cause this window to pop up: Enter the guest s name and information. In the Comments area, you can add notes you may want to reference later (e.g., sister of the Host ). When you have this form complete, click on Continue at the bottom of the window, and the guest s name and information will populate into your guest list. If you are inviting someone from My Contacts, click on Add Guest From My Contacts. This will open your Contacts, where you can locate the person and click to populate the guest list. Page 4

In addition, if you need to edit a guest s information, click the guest s name and this window will appear: You can make any edits necessary and click Continue to update the information. Now, you re ready to create email invitations. Once your guest list is complete, check the box next to the guests names, or you may check Select All; then click on Create and Send Invitations. You will see four invitation designs. Choose the design you would like. Below right is an example one of the designs: Notice that the information for your Presentation is automatically in the body of the email invitation. A box in the center allows you to write an optional personal message to guests (e.g., Your friend Sarah is excited about launching her business and hopes you can attend as she begins her exciting journey with Arbonne.) At the top left corner of the invitation, you will see a Preview tab. Click to preview what the invitation will look like before sending. Once you are happy with it, click on Send Invitations on the bottom right. Page 5

When guests receive the invitation and wish to RSVP, they can click YES, NO or MAYBE. Your guest can choose to add a personal message in the box provided and click on Send Response. Your guest list will update with the RSVP. This feature helps you determine how many people will be attending. When you check the RSVPs later, you can follow up with those who haven t responded. Once the response is sent back, your guest will have the option (if you have allowed it in the first step), to shop, forward or share your invitation via social media. Page 6

When they select the Shop Online function, they go to this page: At the top of this page is the Presentation date, the Host and the Arbonne Independent Consultant who is holding the Presentation. All orders processed will contribute to this Presentation. (Note: This function is currently only offered in the United States.) If, after sending their RSVP, your guests would like to share the invitation, they may forward the invitation. By doing so, your Presentation will grow and you ll have the opportunity to share Arbonne to an even larger group of people. Once the new invitee has received the forwarded invitation, he or she will see an area that lists the original guest s name. To RSVP, the new guest should click on Not You? so the new guest can update the sender information and click Send Response. You will receive an RSVP with the new guest s name and contact information. By clicking on the Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn tabs, your guest can also post the invitation information on their social media pages. As orders from Virtual Guests come in, your Guest List will reflect the name of the person ordering and the order information. After you have held your Presentation, you re ready to place guest orders. Page 7

Place Orders HOST REWARDS Before you reach this section, it s important to know if your Host has decided to join your business as a new Arbonne Independent Consultant and sponsor others within this Presentation. If so, complete the sign-up process outside of the Host Rewards program. This will expedite obtaining the Consultant ID, which is needed when sponsoring others. To begin placing orders for guests, click on the guest s name. Leave the Host for last so you can redeem rewards based on the total RV at that time. When you click on the guest name, this screen will appear: This is where you will register the guest as a Client, Guest or Arbonne Independent Consultant. Complete the form to obtain an Arbonne ID for the guest. Page 8

Next, enter the product order for the guest: If you have the Item ID, enter it and the product information will display. If you do not, you can look up the information by clicking on Product Catalogue. Individual pricing will appear, as well as totals as accumulated. Toward the bottom of the page, you will be notified of all product specials for which this newly registered guest is eligible. At the right of the screen is the Order Summary and Host Rewards Summary for this Presentation. At the bottom of the page is where you will select one of three shipping methods: Ship to: Ship via UPS to the address of the person ordering. Consolidated Shipping: Ship multiple orders in the Presentation to one shipping address to save on shipping charges. All orders selected for Consolidated Shipping will ship to the one designated Consolidated Shipping address. Shipping charges will be automatically divided equally among the orders selected for Consolidated Shipping. Will Call: Pick up the order at the Irvine, CA home office or Greenwood, IN office for a $5 flat fee. Each option has an edit button where you can make changes as needed. The final step is selecting the payment. Enter the credit card information and if necessary, you can add another credit card by clicking on Add a Payment. You are ready to finalize this order. Click on Preview Order to ensure the order accuracy. When you are satisfied, click Submit. You ll receive an email confirmation; from the confirmation you can return to placing orders. If the order was the last order of the Presentation, you can go directly to the final step, Redeem Rewards. Page 9

Redeem Rewards The final section is all about your Host. Make sure all orders from your guests are processed prior to entering the final step. The items your Host would like to redeem will not be processed until all guests orders are closed. In the center of the page you will notice the rewards for which your Host is eligible. You can order these products for the Host and any additional products, just as you did in the Place Orders section. The same shipping options and payment methods are available. Begin by clicking on Place Order for Host on the guest list. As soon as you ve registered your Host, this screen will appear: Once you have completed and submitted the Host s order, the Presentation will be closed. Prior to doing this, confirm that all orders, including orders from Virtual Guests, have been processed. You have completed your Presentation! We hope the experience was simple and positive, and look forward to your feedback. Page 10
