High level of safety at work "Safety it s your life!" is Leadec's successful initiative for occupational safety. The campaign aims to improve occupational safety and reduce the accident rate. We have already received numerous safety awards from our customers for this commitment. Specific results demonstrate the success of the initiative, which focuses on formalizing an AFR (accident frequency rate) of less than 2 accidents per million working hours in the long term. This objective is supported by regular QHSE training and management inspections followed by a reporting process.
