Product Range EPQ Bright Wires Raajratna manufactures stainless steel wires in bright finish EPQ quality suitable for kitchen baskets, staples, trolley, spokes etc. mainly in grade of AISI 304 / 316 or as per the request of customers. Raajratna produces wire with clean surface finish, excellent quality suitable for electro polishing. EPQ bright wires are supplied in sizes from 1.20 mm to 9.50 mm with T/S 70-90 kg/mm². Nail Wires Raajratna manufactures stainless steel wires in grade of 304 and 316, in sizes from 1.0 mm to 12.00 mm, suitable for nail manufacturing. These wires are supplied in soap-coated condition, matte finish with T/S 70-100 kg/mm². Wires For Conveyor Belts / Braiding Hoses / Weaving / Filters / Screens The demand of woven meshes, braiding hoses / filters in chemical, petroleum, paper, pulp industry is increasing day by day. Stainless steel wires are also used for conveyor belts operating at high temperature. Raajratna produces stainless steel wires in the following size range : For Conveyor Belt : 1.20 mm to 2.80 mm - T/S 60-76 kg/mm² For Braiding Hoses : 0.20 mm to 1.00 mm - T/S 66-76 kg/mm² For Weaving : 0.10 mm to 6.35 mm - T/S 60-75 kg/mm² For Filters : 2.00 mm to 7.00 mm - T/S 60-70 kg/mm² The grades suitable for these applications are 304, 304L, 310, 314, 316, 316L & 321. The surface finish of wires can be bright or matte, as per customer's requirement. Rope Wires Generally type 304 and 316 are suitable grades for stainless steel wire ropes. Raajratna manufactures stainless steel wires for ropes in sizes from 0.15 mm to 0.80 mm, in bright finish and 1.0 mm to 6.0 mm, in matte finish with T/S 160-180 kg/mm². Free Cutting Wires Raajratna manufactures type 303 stainless steel free cutting wires having sulphur 0.15% to 0.35% to improve machinability. These are available in sizes from 2.0 mm to 10.0 mm in bright finish having T/S 70-90 kgs/mm². 10
Product Range Wires For Chains Raajratna manufactures stainless steel wires in grade of 304 and 316, in sizes from 2.0 mm to 10.00 mm, suitable for chain manufacturing in bright finish. T/S 66 to 80 kg/mm². Lashing Wires Lashing wires are used to hold electrical and mechanical cables together on overhead telephone lines. These are also used in cable TV. Raajratna manufactures stainless steel cheese coil (lashing wire) in various sizes, in grades of 302, 304 and 316, with or without wax coating, in coils of approximately 2.8 kgs. These wires can be supplied with specific coil dimensions, as per the customer's requirement. Lashing wires can also be supplied in 1 Lb Can. Cold Heading Wires Copper bearing austenitic steel 302HQ having TS 54-56 kg/mm², Normal 304HC with 2 to 3% Cu having TS 56-60 kg/mm² and 430 are generally used for cold heading applications. The stainless steel wires for cold heading quality are available in sizes from 1.20 mm to 20.00 mm. The surface finish of the wires can be provided as per customer's requirement. Usually cold heading wires are supplied in soft condition or skin pass. Wires For Wall Tie / Tying Wire Due to it's high corrosion resistance and strength, stainless steel wires find application in building and construction industries. Raajratna manufactures stainless steel wires in grades of 302, 304, 316 & 316Ti, in bright as well as annealed condition, suitable to manufacture wall tie, tying wire as well as re-inforcement bars for building and construction. The sizes offered are 0.90 mm to 20.0 mm. Wires For Redrawing Raajratna manufactures stainless steel wires from 0.60 mm to 1.60 mm having TS 70-80 kg / mm² and 1.80 mm to 2.50 mm having TS 65-75 kg / mm² in various grades, suitable for redrawing. Raajratna supplies wires from 0.60 mm to 1.60 mm, Coil I.D. 300-350 mm in cardboard drums with 100-225 kgs weight and 1.80 mm to 2.50 mm, coil I.D. 500 mm in 200 to 250 kgs coils on carriers or in pay off paper core packing. 11

Packaging Cardboard Drum Carrier (Redraw Wire) Core Packing or Pallets Fine Wire in Wooden Box Fine Wire in Corrugated Box Stainless Steel Bright Bars Stainless steel bright bars wrapped with HDPE or jute cloth in small and convenient bundles of 100, 500 or 1,000 kgs. These bundles are further stuffed in box or put on wooden pallets. The length of box / pallet depends upon the length of the bar. Alternations can be made in packaging as per customer's requirement. Stainless Steel Core Wires The core wires are packed in 500 kgs / 1000 kgs wooden boxes for convenient handling and taking out. Stainless Steel MIG Wires Layer wound spool is wrapped in plastic and then put in a strong corrugated box and corrugated boxes are put in wooden boxes to prevent damage during the transit or storage. Each spool and corrugated box is labeled with heat number, size, grade and weight. Stainless Steel TIG Wires The TIG welding wires are packed in 5 kgs (10 Lbs) plastic tubes, which are finally packed in wooden boxes.
