FFT-CW is delivered in the family home. Model adherence as identified in the attainment of fidelity scoring at the prescribed level FFT-CW Therapist Functional Family Therapy Address clinical needs of clients through a range of model-adherent interventions, such as behaviour change plans. Conduct assessment including: - review of referral information, - identify and engage key participants, - identify systemic strengths and weaknesses, and - develop an analysis of the fit of problem behaviours within the ecological context Independently responsible for development of treatment plan. Complete Pre-assessment within 24 hours of referral and before first phone call Schedule first session within 48 hours of referral Engage primary caregiver and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement.
