MAUS KPI Dashboard - Cloud KPI Management This module includes the following tabs; Manage KPIs and Mange Groups, Enter KPI Data, One Page Snapshot, View KPIs and Generate Reports. Settings Manage KPIs - Easily add KPI s o Options to have data up to 4 decimal digits o Select the KPI Format and Classification o KPI Type links and determines the traffic lighting system o Ability to add Help Info to aid employees when filling in data - Choose from pre-designed templates containing relevant KPI s - Options to easily edit and delete existing KPI s - Display list allows the user to sort KPI s in order and display the KPI type Settings Manage Groups - Create a company tree and assign KPIs to each user creating monthly scorecard (also known as Dashboards) - Add Child allows you to create the varying levels in the business - Add Sibling allows the user to create the same group in the business - Easily Assign / Remove KPI s as necessary to each scorecard - Set up tags to group employees together and run benchmarking reports - Sort Groups in order Enter KPI Data - Choose the appropriate month and enter in Actuals and Targets for each assigned KPI - Percentage Target is displayed to confirm performance - Add comments about the performance of each KPI - Help Info is shown for each to assist with entering in the correct data. - Write Current Month s analysis; Major Successes and Major Obstacles - Formulate Next month s plan. Includes four quadrants: o Marketing, Sales & Customer Activities o Financial, Expense Reduction and Profit Activities o Innovation, Product Development o Systems & Process - Each heading in the Analysis area is customisable - Import/Export feature. Simply export the KPI data spreadsheet into excel and enter in data for multiple users or months - Easily switch between different data for previous and future months - Option to view other scorecard (permission required) 3

One Page Snapshot View monthly scorecards. Choose from three options, Snapshot by Group, Snapshot by KPI and Tasks Snapshot. Snapshot by Group - Options to view individual or multiple scorecards (permission required) - Traffic lighting system highlights the positive and negative results of the month - Choose to view comments or a visual graph - Ability to edit and make changes - Export One Page Snapshot to Excel - Export One Page Snapshot to Power Point. Easily and professionally present the data - Print One Page Snapshot - Select between the different months - Overview of current month s analysis - Overview of Next Month s Plan - Historical Graphs displayed to provide an overview data from the past and present - Graph colors are customisable - Financial Year table provides an overview of KPI data. Table includes: o FY Target o YTD Actual o YTD Target o YTD Variance - Year to Date Graph Snapshot by KPI - View all KPI s in the one area - Choose from Actual and Target or Actual and Last Year - Graph displays all scorecards that contain the same KPI - Switch between different months - Traffic lighting system highlights the positive and negative results of the month Tasks Snapshot - Overview of completed tasks - Automatically generate a PowerPoint presentation on the data - Options to choose from all tasks or completed tasks - Select between different months - Options to view other users tasks (permissions based) View KPI Options to view KPI s on a monthly, historical and yearly view. Monthly View by Group or KPI - Easily choose which month to view 4

- Table view displays Actual, Target and Target % data of each KPI assigned to a particular scorecard - Bar chart also displayed Historical View by Group or KPI - Options to choose from 3, 6, 9 or 12months worth of data - Choose form Actual only, Target only, Actual & Target or Actual & Last Year - Column Graphs are provided to display information for each KPI Year Progress by Group or KPI - Display table analyses data based on the financial year - View FY Target, YTD Actual, YTD Target, YTD % Target - Year to Date column graph provides a visual display Generate Reports Options available to choose from are; Report by Group, Report by KPI, Summarized Report or Rankings. Report by Group - Choose a scorecard (permissions based), the report type and the date range as well as the variance. - Report types include Target Report, Average Report and Last Year Report - Variance options include Percentage of Total or Variance to Total - Click the Generate button to generate the report - Ability to export report into PowerPoint presentation or excel. - Report consists of a table with clear headings and easy to read data, and column graphs consisting of Actual and Target information for each KPI within the selected scorecard. - Colours for the graphs can be changed with access to Administration rights. Report by KPI - Select a specific KPI and choose from the Report type options (Target Report, Average Report and Last Year Report) - Select the time frame and the variance options - Ability to export report into PowerPoint presentation or excel. Summarised Report - Same options as above. - Using the Tag set up in the Manage Groups area to set up benchmarking reports. Create a report with Staff who have the same KPI s to monitor performance. - Options to select specific KPI Classification type. - Can export information to Excel. - Column graphs and table displayed. 5

Documents & Workflow Module includes the following tabs Company Documents, User Documents, MAUS Business Library and Consultant Library. - Add/Remove Categories - Add/Remove Documents - Editing Function to change details - 5 options available when adding a document; existing files, New Docs, New spreadsheets, Workflow Forms and adding websites. - Add visibility and editing rights to confirm who can access and change documents - Supported file: pdf, html, mht, image (jpg, jpeg, bmp, png), Word (doc, docx, rtf), Excel (xls, xlsx), Presentation (ppt, pptx). - Create Favourite Documents and website Links - Add documents specific to each User - Directly email documents - Email log; have a record of all documents sent. Staff Priorities - This module allows you to access all personal Weekly Priorities tab - Add high and low priorities for the week - Include targets and actual information - Easily save and delete information - Monthly overview graph to provide overall percentage break up for each week in the month - Speed Dial to display overall performance for the month - Summary of projects for the month and any outstanding projects listed - Employees can add comments to express their performance for each week. - Employers have the opportunity to log in and write comments on staff s weekly performance. Increase and build communication between staff and employers. - All comments are dated and timed to ensure accuracy with comments. - Bottom of the page contains an overall summary of performance from week 1 5. - Tracking icons to track progress for weekly priorities e.g. a Green Tick represents a completed task. - Can print each weekly report for each staff member. - Settings allow you to change terminology such as changing the topic for each week. - Add more rows to the weekly details if required. Monthly Reporting - Capabilities to access your personalised scorecard/dashboard (One page snapshot) from the individual s personalised tab Project Tasks - Overview of all tasks assigned to you that have been completed and are still open. 6

- Can specifically search for completed or all tasks - Present the completed tasks in a PowerPoint presentation. My Doc - Displays your personal Email Log details - Add important and personal documents to your own folder. - Add favourite Document - Add favourite links My Log - Create accountability and systemise the business - Choose from 6 folders to record your information. Folders include Sick Leave, Annual Leave, Employee Issues, Customer Service, Systems Breakdown and Other Issues. - Can edit the Folder names - Options to restrict viewing of all employees logs so that employees can only see their individual log records. - Ability to print a report of log details. - When recording a log you can include the following: Log Description Action Plan Discussion with Employee Employee Comment Manager Comment - Easily change the title of the record and the category. - Date Logged is automatically recorded - Select whether a log is confidential information. Choose from: o Not confidential o Manager & Employee o Manager Only o Public - Customise the Discussion Date - Select the time frame; days and hours - Customisable options to select managers or staff to approve and be notified of the record. - Bonus: Automatically set the approval and notification areas so that the managers and owners are immediately notified of positive and negative changes in the business. - Add attachments/documents 7
