Configuration If you wish to display this option on the web, it is necessary to adjust it. How it works When you access the accommodation maintenance, in the Rooms/Meal plans tab, when selecting a room type, now you may see a new option called Characteristics : With this feature, it is possible to enter the room size, selecting the square meters, or square feet option. Note: By adding this new feature, some of the already existing fields have been slightly moved within the corresponding section. Such information will also be available via XML. 4 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

1.2. Search by ID in the Accommodation filter of the Extranet Users tab Objective Search as a user administrator by Accommodation ID (apart from searching by name), in the Accommodation filter in the Users tab of the Extranet. Configuration Note: it is required to have the extranet module. How it Works If you access Accommodation > All from the top menu and enter a specific accommodation, such as the one shown below, you will see that the ID of the accommodation is found either on the top right corner of the screen, or at the end of the URL address: If you copy the Hotel ID and you take it over to the Accommodation filter of the Extranet Users tab, you will see that the accommodation name will appear automatically under the filter, therefore, as a user administrator, you may now proceed to search both ways, by accommodation ID and by name: 5 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

As a user administrator, you may proceed to search both ways, by accommodation ID and by name Column in the Excel list displaying if the assigned JP code is verified or not Objective Add a new column to the Own accommodation list displaying if the assigned JP code is verified (white) or not, when exporting to Excel. The verified JP codes consist in accommodation identified in Google place under the same identifier. Configuration Note: This option is only visible if you have contracted the Unique hotel module. How it works You may access the Accommodation maintenance and you may see an already existing option called: Export own list, which allows you exporting to Excel the complete own accommodation list, containing the activated accommodation information: 6 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

Before: Now: We have added a new column to the list, which displays the assigned JP code as verified or not verified: 1.4. New columns in the own accommodation list Objective Add two new columns displaying the JP code and the complete area to the Own accommodation Excel file. Configuration Note: This option is only visible if you have contracted the Unique Hotel module. How it works You may access the Accommodation maintenance and you may see an already existing option called Export to Excel which allows you to export the hotels displayed on the screen depending on the selected filters in the upper section. 7 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

For example, you may filter all own accommodation by Barcelona area: At the bottom of the page, there is the option for exporting to Excel: Before: Currently: two new columns were added: JP code: displays the assigned JP code Area: displays the complete area according to the destination tree. 8 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

1.5. New interface for imported Accommodation and service bookings Objective Create a new interface to differentiate those bookings that have been imported from an external system to Juniper. How it Works Accommodation booking import When accessing Accommodation > All > Booking import, you may find this section to import bookings from an external system to Juniper s system, if you contracted this integration: In the Booking import configuration, you may specify the interface from which you wish to make the bookings: 9 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

All bookings will be made through this new interface called import, since prior to this implementation, when there was no interface to classify these type of bookings, the system, by default, would classify them as a web interface via integration. Once you enter in the maintenance screen of any of these bookings, you will see its corresponding import interface in the Booking details section. The new interface called import will appear as an additional interface in the cancellation policy screen of an own accommodation, although you will not have any reason to select this here: Cancellation policy screen: The only purpose of creating this is to classify them correctly when importing bookings from an external system to Juniper. Service booking import If you import Service bookings within Destination services > Generic import bookings > booking import By default, the system will allow you to import through a.csv file all bookings in the new interface: Same as in all other products, these type of bookings will be clearly stated with the import interface in the booking list and in the booking details section within the maintenance screen: 10 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

This interface will be seen in screens such as the Options and the Sales Contracts tabs, where it will appear as an additional interface, but you will not have any reason to select them there: Options and Sales Contract s interface section: The only purpose of creating this is to classify them correctly when importing bookings from an external system to Juniper Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

1.6. Copy default language to all other languages in Rooms Objective Create a permission to configure a default language for the room names so that when you create a new room in the Rooms/Meal plans tab of an accommodation and enter the default language that was configured at an intranet user, it may copy its name to all other language fields. How it works To be able to configure a default language for the room name and so copy this to all other language fields, you should go to Master Tables > Intranet users > User configuration: This option called, Copy the names of the rooms will be activated together with the default language you may select from a dropdown where all contracted languages will be available. This option appears under the Accommodation permissions section together with the default language, which is the one the system will copy to all other language fields: Once you log in as an intranet user that has this permission and default language active, you may proceed to go to create a new room in an accommodation in the Rooms / Meal plans tab, and enter the name of the room in English. Once you enter the name in the English field, you will observe that it will copy automatically the name to the rest of the language fields Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

Appearing as follows: Take into account that the names that are uploaded with a specific occupancy are those you configured in the Accommodation > Occupancies / Room Types maintenance: If you set a room name, instead of an occupancy, when you create a new room, the specified name will be used: 13 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

1.7. External accommodation accessibility screen enhancements Objective Enhancing the External Accommodation Accessibility screen so that it may offer user-friendlier options such as selecting multiple hotels by supplier, export hotel list per rule, add legend for each access rule, as well as import allowed hotels file for both, direct external suppliers as well as JP WS connected suppliers with or without Unique Hotel. Configuration Note: You will only need to contract the Unique Hotel if you wish to create new templates to JP Web service suppliers. How it works When accessing the External accommodation accessibility screen, from the top menu, you may observe that various enhancements have been implemented in the main panel, as well as in the Access rule configuration screen: 14 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

As you may observe in the previous image: All results will be visible without needing to filter by supplier You will be able to filter and add more columns apart from those you see by default in the results list. The following filters have been added: Label: to filter by the label that was configured in the access rule. Template: (Yes or No) New button in the upper right section called, New template : In the moment you filter an access rule with a template, it will appear displaying a circular Green shaped icon in the Template column within the results list as it is shown in the following image, from which you may access by clicking on the element: 15 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

With this new template, you will be able to: View how many properties are included in such template. Export the list of names and hotel codes (Export button) and obtain a more complete exported list (Full export button), for the accommodation (Name, category, area, coordinates, JP code if any, etc.). Note: You require contracting the Unique Hotel module only if you add templates for Juniper WS suppliers. If you access the screen by clicking on New access rule, you will observe the following enhancements: 16 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

You may select by supplier various hotels at the same time in the Hotels filter list. The Label field has been added to name the access rule to filter by label in the main filter panel. You may also export the name and hotel codes (Export button), as well as export more information (full export button) about the accommodation (name, coordinates, categories, etc.). Note: Take into account that the screen will also allow to import a hotel list via Excel or.csv file to include them in the access rule just as you would do by area through the Hotels selector Permission to deactivate a supplier contract with a sales contract active Objective Create a permission at an intranet user level to control deactivating supplier contracts that are linked to active sales contracts with direct access to these. How it Works To view the active new permission, you should access Master Tables > Intranet users > User configuration and select the existing user: 17 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

The new permission called, Allow to deactivate supplier contract linked to sales contract, will be selected by default and is found under the Accommodation permissions section, which depends on another active permission called, Hotel prices upload : It will be disabled once you deactivate the Hotel prices upload permission: Once you access as an intranet user with this permission active, you will be able to deactivate a supplier contract even though it has one or more related active sales contracts. Example: We will proceed to go to the suppliers contracts tab within a specific accommodation 18 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

(Accommodation > All): We will observe after deactivating the supplier contract a circular icon with an informative note as well as its related active sales contracts under it: Furthermore, it will show a direct link to those related sales contracts on which we may click to edit or change its status, if necessary, as it is shown in the following image: So, after all mentioned previously, the user may finally save the supplier contract, being that it has the correct and appropriate permission to do so. If the user has not activated such permission to deactivate a supplier contract that is related to active sales contracts which are being used, he/she will not be able to save it with the Active, No option, and would see 19 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

a red legend advising him/her about it, as it is explained in the following example: User without the permission active: Deactivates the supplier contract Saves changes The system advises about the saving error: Red informative legend explaining the error: 1.9. Allow hotel blocking per channel in the Unique Hotel module Objective Allow blocking hotels by sales channels through the Unique Hotel Module, so that the user may choose to block a hotel for a specific channel or channels and leave active these hotels for other channels. Configuration Note: In order to use this new functionality it is necessary to have the Unique Hotel module contracted Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

How it works It has always been possible to block a hotel from Accommodation > Unique Hotel > Blocking Maintenance. Before, we could only block a hotel for all suppliers or for certain suppliers but this hotel blocking configuration you will be able to specify for which channel or channels you wish to block the hotels. Now, we have added a new filter where we can select apart from the suppliers, the sales channel where you wish to block the hotel and for which channel you wish to leave it active. To make this configuration we proceed to go to Accommodation > Unique Hotel > Blocking Maintenance. By using the filters on this screen, we may filter the hotel by Area, JP Code, Hotel Name, Blocked Hotels, and supplier. With this enhancement, we have also added a new filter called "Blocking Channels" this new filter will allow us to filter blocked hotels by sales channel. In our example (image below), we filter by JPCode: JP01048G, and click on "filter": 21 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

After filtering, you will proceed to select the hotel: After you have selected the hotel, a new window will open on the right side of the screen called "blocking Options". To see the channels you wish to block this hotel, click on "Blocked accommodation". When we click on "Blocked Accommodation" a multi selector called "Blocking Channels" will open, where you can select all or some of the channels to be blocked, with the arrows in the center of this multi selector you may select from left to right, the channel or channels to block the hotel/s. The hotel will be unblocked for the channels in the left column and blocked for those in the right column. After choosing the channels you wish to block the hotel, click on "Save": Another option to block channels for more than one hotel at a time, can be done from the "Blocking Options" button. For this, we only have to select the hotels and click on "Block channel selection, from Blocked Unique hotels" Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

After clicking the blocking options, a new window will open on the right hand side of the list of hotels called "Blocking multiple channels" From here the channel or channels to which you wish to block are selected. To select more than one channel, press the "Ctrl" key and select the different channels: To unblock a specific hotel, select the hotel, and click on "Unblocked Accommodation" and "Save". In this way the hotel will be unblocked for all channels. In case you wish to unblock a hotel for a specific channel but keep it blocked for another, you should select the hotel and from left to right, the channel or channels to unblock, using the arrows of the center that are in the multi selector Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

We also have the option to unblock several hotels at once. In order to do this, we select the hotels, click on the menu "Unblock Options" and then click on "Unblock channel selection from unique hotels unblocked : When clicking, a new window will open on the right hand side of the hotel list called Unlock Multiple channels" In this screen you will select the channel or channels to which you wish to unblock the hotels. To select more than one channel you must hold the "Ctrl" key while selecting each channel, and then click on "Unblock": 24 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

1.10. Hotel services differentiation enhancement on the Web Objective Differentiate all hotel services and show them on the web just as it is shown in the intranet, where they appear in separate sections such as, additional information, sport facilities and Business activities. Configuration It requires adjustment on the Web. How it Works Currently, on the web, we just show Hotel Services and Room Services as two distinctive sections, but with this functionality the services will be clearly differentiated under their corresponding service type name, as it appears in the Services section within the General tab of an accommodation: 25 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

1.11. Fixed amount field extension in the cancellation policy rules Objective Extend field to enter a fixed amount up to 7 digits, when uploading the charges that will be incurred if cancelled. How it works Until now the system only allowed the users to configure rules with fixed amounts of up to 4 digits, but with this enhancement the field allows them to enter a higher number of digits for those countries which amounts are larger, such as Colombia and Chile so that they can indicate values of up to 7 digits. Before: Currently: This enhancement applies to all products that have their "Cancellation Policy" tab. 2. Destination services 2.1. Cancellation policy tab in the Services and Transfers Extranet Objective Grant access to extranet users to create and manage the cancellation policies. Configuration If you wish to activate this option, you need to contract the Services /Transfers extranet module. How it works In the following example we explain the configuration of a policy in the Services extranet, but it will also be the same for Transfers. If you access as a service extranet user through the following URL address: Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

You will see that once you access a service: You will be able to go to the Cancellation policy tab, create/manage a policy, and leave it for future approval or verification to the intranet user administrator: 27 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

The intranet administrator will proceed to review the service and verify the policy, which was created /edited by the extranet user: 28 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

Note: Please, be reminded that you may create an extranet supplier user and grant him access to the services extranet through the Master Tables > Services extranet users to send then after the credentials with the corresponding user manual to the supplier by Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

2.2. Choose hotel stay option according to configuration in Services Objective Create a checkbox at the service level (general tab) and the options level (options tab) to select if the hotel stay (the meeting point) option is required or not. Configuration If you wish to use this option, it is necessary to adjust it. Please contact with your Project manager for more information. How it works You may access the Service maintenance > General tab > Service data section and you may find a new option called Hotel stay : The same option is also visible at each Option level: 30 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

This option called Hotel stay is used to assign a hotel as the meeting point. This option can be displayed in the public site as in the following example: With the new option marked, it will be mandatory to select the hotel stay: With the option unmarked, it will not be mandatory to select any hotel stay. Note: If you mark the checkbox in the General tab of an already existing service, each new created option will also have this option marked and it will not be editable. Example: You may mark the checkbox in the General tab: 31 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

In the options tab, you may see that: When creating a new service Option, the option of the Hotel stay will also be automatically marked: When editing an already existing option, the Hotel stay option will be unmarked and not modifiable: 2.3. Sorting of results for own services on the web Objective To be able to create labels with different priorities and apply them in the services upload in order to sort them by priority in the web results list, according to the sales strategy of the company. Configuration Might imply an associated cost to adjust this option on the web. How it works Creating and Editing Labels We now have a new option from Destination Services > General Maintenance: called "Label Maintenance" Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

When accessing, we can click on the "New Tag" button to select a priority and enter its description before clicking on "Save". You can create as many tags as necessary and the priority is determined from the lowest to the highest number. After a label has been created, it is possible to raise and / or lower the priority compared to the others, simply by clicking on it and then clicking the "Up" and "Down" buttons to finally "Save the order". It is possible to modify a label after it has been created by double clicking on the label to display its data in the fields that appear on the right. You may proceed to modify the label and save its new data Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

Assigning Labels to Products The assignment of a label should be done directly from the maintenance tab of a service or a transfer: Since it is not a mandatory element in the configuration, we can apply it in the moment we create a service or add it later to the service. If by any chance a copy of a service or transfer was made and it had applied a label, it would be saved in the copied product. Later on, it is possible to modify the label or simply leave the field empty so that it has no priority Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

In case you have contracted the Services / Transfers Extranet, the field will also be visible in this environment. Publishing applied labels in the results list After adjusting the web with this feature, when showing the results of a search, whether it is only services or service options within a dynamic package, the system will first show all the services that have a label applied to it, ordering each one of them according to their given priority. If we apply the same label to several services, these will be sorted by price. Once listed all labeled products, the system will show those that do not have any label. Important Note: This does not apply to external products. The prioritization is only for own product. The external ones will appear next to the others that do not have labels ordered by price. Example, if we create the following labels: Order 1: Last Minute Label Order 2: Special Label Order 3: General Label We could see the following results: Service A of $ 602 (Last Minute Label) Service B of $ 656 (Last Minute Label) Service C of $ 240 (Special Label) Service D of $ 300 (General Label) Service E of $ 50 (without label) Service F of $ 77 (without label) 35 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

Label removal From Destination Services > General Maintenance > Label Maintenance, if we double click on any of the labels, their data is loaded on the right hand side, where you may edit it. It is also possible to "Delete" the label. When you do this, an alert appears stating whether or not there are associated products and remember that if we remove it, the products will be left with the empty field in the maintenance Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

3. Flights 3.1. New option to copy charter flights Objective Create an option to be able to copy charter flights to save time when uploading the product. How it works Before, it was not possible to copy a charter flight since we only had the option of "Save" and "Delete". Now, in the general tab of the charter flight maintenance, the option of making a "Copy Charter was added by creating a new charter flight. When the copy is made all the information including the general information, itineraries and contracts, allotments and rates will be transferred to the new charter flight that has been copied. After the copy has been made you have to make the necessary modifications or adjustments. When you click on "copy charter the system makes the copy so that the user can modify it, but does not save it automatically. To save this copy in the system it is necessary to click on "save". To copy a new charter flight you should go to Charter flights V2 > All. You choose the charter you want to copy, and click on "copy charter" After the system generates the copy, you may proceed to adjust and modify any of the tabs within the charter flight Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

After having made the modifications, you should click on "save". Once saved, the system will assign a new ID to the copied charter flight. 4. Customers 4.1. Agency permission to deny booking modifications on the web Objective Add permission at an agency level to block them from modifying the booking on the web. Configuration Be reminded that this option will only be applicable to those who have contracted the booking modification feature in their website, where it will require an adjustment Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

How it works If you access Customers > Search > Agencies (and enter in the agency maintenance), General tab: You may observe under the General data section that the following option called, Deny booking modification has been added, which will not allow the agency to modify a booking from the web: As long as this option remains deactivated, by default, the agency will always have the possibility to view the following icon and click on it to modify the booking online: 39 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

4.2. Confirmed booking duration setting per customer Objective To configure at a customer level a different exceeded duration from the one that is set up by default (30 seconds) when confirming a booking to the customer via XML. How it works Before, the system was giving an exceeded duration after 30 seconds when confirming a booking to a customer via XML. The bookings that are giving duration type errors will always be found in the Reviewer of errors list. Now, it is possible to set up the exceeded duration at a customer level and so, learn when the booking has an exceeded duration error and when it has not, thus controlling these type of errors. To configure the exceeded duration in seconds, you should go to the agency maintenance, Customers > Search > Agencies and choose the agency you wish to modify: In the agency file we will see a new field called, Booking duration notification where you may enter the number of seconds you wish to set up for the booking to have a duration notification after the entered duration. Be reminded that if you do not specify anything in this field, the agency will still have the default set up of 30 seconds. In the following example, we will proceed to configure an agency with a duration notification of 15 seconds: If we go to the history of a booking made by this agency, we may observe that it exceeded the configured 15 seconds to obtain confirmation. In these cases, you may see (image below), how the system will highlight the duration error through a red informative legend. This type of error not only will appear in the booking history but also in the Bookings > Reviewer of errors list Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

4.3. New Option in the Discount maintenance Objective Indicate when configuring a discount that you wish to apply a discount over the Total Price instead of the Base Price. Configuration Requires the Promo Code module. How it works The discounts created from our Customers > Discount Maintenance (Promo Codes module) were only calculating over the base price of a booking element and this development now brings the opportunity to set up the discount also over the total price Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

The new option is available for all 3 types of discounts: Sales discount in advance, Promotion and Campaign. For example, we created a Sales discount in advance with a 10% discount over the total price. Note that this new option can only apply when giving a Percentage discount. If the Fixed option is selected, the new field is automatically deactivated Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

On the Discount History section, the information about whether this option was selected or not is stored: When making the booking, we will see how this discount applies to the total price of the booking: 43 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

5. Master Tables 5.1. Add emergency telephone number of the external suppliers Objective The phone numbers of the supplier (Phone 1 and Phone 2) that are listed on the Supplier data within its maintenance have been included in the Booking confirmation response. Configuration Note: Please, contact Juniper if you wish to activate this functionality. How it works The telephone number of the supplier (Phone 1 and Phone 2) has been included in the confirmation Booking response, which can be found on the supplier s tab in Master Tables > Suppliers,: Note: The agency that requests such information will only view the supplier information via JP Web service with a special permission, which Juniper will activate under request Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

5.2. Cancellation policy in the user automatic messages Objective To send the cancellation policy information of all booked products that have any policy assigned by adding a specific keyword to the HTML code in the automatic messages sent to customer. This option can be useful for those bookings in QUO status with various booking elements. How it works In the automatic message sent to the customer, it is possible to create a table or field, where you may enter the keyword %politicacancelacion% in the same way as in the following example: Once the automatic message is configured, when the user receives the , the cancellation policy information will be displayed in the message in case the relative product has the cancellation policy assigned. Example: It is also possible to use this keyword when sending the manual message from the booking maintenance in QUO status: 45 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

Note: If you wish to use the automatic messages in QUO status from the call center or from the web site, it is necessary to adjust it. If you are interested in this option, contact your Project manager Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

5.3. Exclusive automatic messages for Dynamic Package elements Objective Create different automatic messages when selling a product individually or as part of a dynamic package. Configuration Note: Should you wish to activate this option, please contact your Project manager. How it works Now it is possible to set up independent automatic messages for each booking element within a dynamic package. This will be useful, for example, if you wish to send a specific type of accommodation data message to your customer indicating the price if they buy you just the hotel. However, when buying a package containing a hotel, the hotel information would be sent without its price, since you are willing to sell the package for a final price, without necessarily showing a price breakdown for each element. Should you need additional information, please, contact your Project manager. 6. Bookings 6.1. Hide bookings with exceeded duration in the Reviewer of errors list Objective Add option in the upper filter panel to search bookings with exceeded duration as an error type and/or bookings with other error types. How it works When accessing the Bookings > Reviewer of errors: You will observe that a new option, called, Error type has been added to the upper filter panel, which will allow you to filter by those bookings that contain a duration type of error (in the booking confirmation time response), and by the option called, Other for all other type of errors: 47 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

In this way, you may choose to hide all bookings containing a duration in the results list and search other type of errors by selecting Others under the Error type filter in the upper panel. The bookings that are altered by a duration are those that exceed the time response of 30 seconds during the booking confirmation process, which will also be visible for the user through the following legend in the booking history where the system will advise the user about its duration: 48 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

7. Reports 7.1. Creating New Columns in the Contracts list Objective Create in the report of Accommodation > Contracts List, 4 new columns. These columns are: Minimum of nights, Maximum of nights, Booking start date and booking end date. How it works New columns have been added in the Contracts list (Reports> Accommodation> Contracts List). These columns are: Minimum nights Maximum nights Booking s start date Booking s end date Note that these new columns will be available in the Supplier Contract and Sales Contract tabs, since it has not been developed for the Allotment contract tab. By default, these columns do not appear in the report, so you have to add them manually Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

Once the preferred columns are selected, they will appear on the screen. When exporting to Excel (from the 'Options' menu at the bottom of the screen), the results will be displayed together with the selected columns (only columns that have been chosen will be visible). In addition, you may also filter these 4 new columns Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

Columns: Number of nights It can be filtered by greater number, less or equal nights to those entered. If the field is blank (no values entered), it is considered as follows: Minimum number of nights: If you search for values lower than the value entered, also the records that have this field without value will appear. For example, if you filter by minimum number of nights < 4, the records with the value of this lower or empty field will appear. Maximum number of nights: it is considered that, if this field is empty, it is an infinite value. Therefore, if this field is filtered as maximum number of nights > 4, the records with a value greater than 4 and the records with empty value will appear. Booking start / end dates It can be filtered by date before, after or equal to the entered one. If the field is blank (no values entered), it is considered as follows: Before: in case of Booking Start Date, if the search for values lower than the entered value is performed, also the records that have this field without value will appear. For example, if you filter with the date 02/02/2017, the records with values that are earlier than that date and the records with empty date value will appear. After: in case of Booking s end date, it is considered that, if this record is empty, it is an infinite value. Therefore, if this field is filtered on 03/03/2017, the records with a date after this date and the records with an empty date value will appear Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

7.2. Export to Excel the Allotment checking utility Report Objective Export to Excel the results obtained from the Allotment checking utility report. How it works From the Reports > Accommodation > Revision tools > Allotment checking utility list, we may now export the results to Excel. A new column was also added, called, Contracts : Before: Currently: 52 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

The Contract and Room Type information will no longer be available on the report when clicking on Search or Export to Excel after selecting the option by accommodation : In the same way, the Date, Contract and Room Type information will no longer be available on the report when clicking on Search or Export to Excel after selecting the option, Without any assigned allotment : 53 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

8. Accounting 8.1. Administrator notification for changes made in the customer maintenance Objective Send notification to the administrator for each modification made in the agency maintenance. How it Works If you go to User > Configuration > Accounting > Customers (Agencies): You will be able to activate the mailing option called, Send to the administrator of the channel when modifying the agency. If you proceed to activate and save such option and access to the agency maintenance from the top menu Customers > Search > Agency: 54 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

To edit any field or option, saving the modified data, apart from registering the change in the customer history section, the system will also notify the administrator about these by . For example: If you edit the selected checkbox according to the previous image under the General data section of the agency, the administrator belonging to the same sales channel as the agency, will receive an in which he/she will be notified about the change: History: sent with this functionality active: 8.2. Copy Account Manager and customer manager for Branch office agencies Objective Mark, by default, the Copy Head office Account Manager Checkbox and automatically select the customer manager configured in the head office, when creating a new branch office. How it works When accessing User > Configuration > Accounting > Customers, you will observe a section called, Agency maintenance where you may activate a new permission called, Activate by default Copy Account manager in new branch office, which, after activating and saving it, will automatically select the copy account manager checkbox, and the customer manager from the Head office in the new branch office maintenance Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

You may proceed to go to Customers > New > Agency and create a new branch office: Once you activate the aforementioned permission, you will observe when creating the branch office that the Copy Account Manager Checkbox will be active and it will have the customer manager of the Head office selected by default: Once saved, you will observe in the branch office the same account manager and customer manager that appear in its associated Head office: 56 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

8.3. Add city when a remittance is sent via LSV direct debit Objective Attach the city when the status of a remittance is sent through a direct debit system according to Swiss banks procedure (LSV). Configuration This functionality requires a remittance module to debit the outstanding amount from the customer s bank account, via direct debit where Juniper would adjust the corresponding procedure according to the bank entity. How it works The name of the city has been added to the travel agency s address in the remittance sent to the customer. By accessing Accounting > Customers > Customer Center: 57 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

When we search for a remittance in the Remittances tab and select the delivery of the receipt: In this case, it will be sent to the configured for this agency and it will display the city that was previously saved in the Invoicing details section of the agency maintenance. Therefore, the city will appear in the remittance received by the customer via direct debit, as it is shown in the following image: 58 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

8.4. New filter of payments made to the supplier by date range. Objective This new functionality, allows to find those bookings that have some payment made to the supplier, always filtering by a specific range of dates. How it works Once you access the Reports > Customers > Booking statement screen you may indicate the date range in which you wish to obtain those bookings in which a full or partial payment has been made to the supplier. Once informed this date range, when searching, the results will show a new column showing all payments made to the supplier: It will also be displayed when exported to Excel: 59 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

This new column will only appear if the filter is used, otherwise, it will not be visible: 9. User 9.1. Change Price margin per supplier Objective Configure a price change margin (percentage or fixed amount) that the supplier is able to assume from the moment the price change is confirmed (booking rules) until the booking is confirmed. How it works Introduction: Currently, we allow to control the price change with a configured margin in User > Configuration > Accommodation (External supplier: Margin in pricing ), where the booking process will continue if the Price difference remains within the configured margin (whether percentage or fixed): 60 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

Such margin will apply the same way to all supplier, without any distinction in any type of stay, booking dates or booking Price. In addition, the system will check the price change where the difference of amount will apply, in other words, it will compare the final cost price with the cost price of the first availability sent to avoid assuming such difference of price, twice. With this functionality, you may control the difference of price that occurs between the booking rules and booking confirmation, where the supplier assumes an additional difference of price amount apart from the generic configured margin. Concept clarification: It is important to understand that the booking rules refer to the process of the booking in which the possible change of price is first confirmed in the booking stage from the list of results to the 1st booking step, and during the accept terms and policies, when the customer clicks on Confirm button, in case the allotment is assigned. Parameter configuration: To configure this type of margin per supplier you should go to Accommodation (top menu) > External supplier configuration > specific external supplier, such as Jacob in our following example and open the parameter called, Difference of Price margin assumed by supplier : 61 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

The value entered per sales channel will be only a percentage (without the % symbol): It is also important to point out that depending on the supplier, the system will not necessarily take into account the generic configuration in User > Configuration > Accommodation, but only the one configured for the supplier. Such is the case of Hotelbeds, where the maximum margin assumed by the supplier will only be taken into account: Examples to understand this functionality: Note: The booking cost will be the availability cost, while the booking cost in the billing process, (which will be claimed in the supplier payment), will be the last sent by the supplier response. Example 1: If you do not configure the supplier price difference margin and you have a generic configuration in User > Configuration > Accommodation (External supplier: Price change margin = 1% margin): Availability cost Availability sales Booking Rules cost Booking Rules sales Booking cost Booking sales Based on the previous table, the system will allow the user to continue and confirm the booking Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

Example 2: If you do not configure any price difference margin for the supplier and you have a generic configuration in User > Configuration > Accommodation (External supplier: Price change margin = 1% margin): Availability cost Availability sales Booking Rules cost Booking Rules sales Booking cost Booking sales In the previous example, according to the table, the user may not continue and confirm the booking because the cost between the availability and the booking has a margin greater than 1%. Example 3: Configuring and assuming the supplier difference and the previous generic configuration altogether (margin of 1% and 5% for the supplier): Availability cost Availability sales Booking Rules cost Booking Rules sales Booking cost Booking sales 105 (with supplier change) (saved with regards to the original) Finally, according to our last table, the user will be able to confirm the booking, since the difference between the Booking rules cost and the booking final cost is assumed by the supplier, and the first price does not change New automatic notifications for agencies with Credit limit Objective For those who have contracted the automatic process called reminders in Users > Configuration > Automatic processes > General: Notifications management, you will observe two additional options, which will notify the customer when they reach the credit limit threshold of 80-90% or 100% respectively, if you also marked in the agency maintenance these notifications. Configuration Note: In order to use these options you should request to activate the Reminders section, which will require an adjustment according to the frequency and the notification preferences Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

How it Works If you activate the Reminders functionality, you will observe that all notifications that you wish to send to your agencies will appear under User > Configuration > Automatic processes (General): Once you access this section, you will observe together with all other existing notifications, two additional reminders to advise the agencies that they have reached their 80-90% credit limit threshold or its 100% credit limit threshold. Once you mark these options in the previous section to send these notifications to the agencies, an automatic will be sent to all customers, since these will be marked by default, although you may always choose to deselect them within the Notifications tab of the Customer maintenance. Note: Be reminded that these notifications will be based on a standard . Should you need to customize it, please, contact your Project manager to adjust the ing frequency as well as the layout Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

9.3. Notify the agency about new messages in the Communication section Objective Under a permission, the user will be able to send an to the agency each time they enter a new message in the Communication section of the booking maintenance. Configuration Should you need to activate the module that allows such communication between the administrator and the agency please contact your Project manager. How it Works For those that have contracted the module that allows the communication between the administrator and the web agency, will be able to send an to the agencies, regarding the messages they send, through that section, by activating the option in User > Configuration > Bookings (General) called, Notify the agency by Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

Once it is activated, you may access to the booking maintenance, and write a new message in the communication section: Once the previous message is sent, the booking agency will receive an informing him/her about the new message Automatic booking holder voucher configurable by channel Objective Specify the sales Channels of the booking in which the automatic voucher will be sent to the booking holder, when the booking turns to OK. How it works When accessing User > Configuration > Bookings > General, you may find the existing automatic voucher mailing system but with a selector under it, where you may now specify the sales channels in which this option will act upon: 66 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology

Once the preferred channels have been selected, and after booking through one of the previously configured channels, you will observe that the is sent with the voucher: However, when booking for any other channel that was not configured previously, you may observe that the is sent without the voucher: 67 Juniper Innovating Travel Technology
