It is available in epoxy or fast curing polyurethane formats. To ensure a full hygienic finish, it can be combined with a coving system and is compatible with the Scotchkote wall coatings range. 3M Scotchkote Quartz Self Smoothing System - smooth, seamless hygienic finish Various anti-slip finishes The floor surface is prepared by using vacuum attached Industrial s, to remove all contaminants from the floor surface and provide a key for the Scotchkote Quartz Primer. Primer The primer is applied on to the prepared substrate. Screed The mixed Coloured Quartz is installed on to the cured primer, both to the floor and the cove at the same time. Decorative 22 colour choices Hand Trowel Grout Coat The appropriate screed grout is applied on to the cured coloured quartz to provide an even, uniform and clear coating. ➎ ➎ Clear Coat Scotchkote Quartz Satin Sealer 896 is applied on to the cured grout coat to provide an aesthetic, hygienic finish.
