Order Visibility You can search the customer PO list that the customer sent to HJL. - When you click the order no, you can find the PO detail information. * VIS > Order > PO Management > Customer PO Search System can retrieve up to 3000 lines at once Page will be separated in case of more than 3000 15

2. Customer PO Details III. Order Visibility You can search customer PO details (PO No, Item, Optional field, Document detail). - In this screen, you and your customer can update comment. * VIS > Order > PO Management > Customer PO Details Function to communicate with customers. If customers want to specific data, we can provide optional fields. 16

1. Supplier Booking Search IV. Booking Visibility Searching the supplier booking list. - Vendor Portal for buyer s consolidation in the 1 st stage. - When you click the supplier booking no, you can find the detail information. * VIS> Booking > Supplier Booking > Supplier Booking Search 18

Booking Visibility Customer can request directly the inbound booking to warehouse in this page - Entered data in this page is saved 'Inbound Booking Management' of WMS. - If Inbound process of the booking start in WMS, user can t modify(or cancel) the inbound booking data. * VIS > Booking > W/H Web Booking > In-Booking Request (Web Only) Quick Search Condition Master Information of Inbound Booking Detail Information of Inbound Booking 22

Booking Visibility Searching the outbound booking order which instructs to WMS. - User can t search the outbound booking order that created by WMS. - This is limited to the data created by VIS. - If user-created data is deleted in WMS, Status of the data is Reject. And If customer deleted his booking data from VIS, Status of the data is Cancelled. * VIS > Booking > W/H Web Booking > Outbound Booking Search 23

7. Warehouse Outbound Booking Request IV. Booking Visibility Customer can request directly the Outbound booking to warehouse in this page. - Entered data in this page is saved Outbound Booking Management' of WMS. - If Outbound process of the booking start in WMS, User can t modify(or cancel) the Outbound booking data. - When requested outbound booking, User can use only an Item code registered in WMS. * VIS > Booking > W/H Web Booking > Out-Booking Request (Web Only) 24

Sea Visibility You can update cargo tracking of sea shipment in this screen. - After users created HB/L data in FMS, they can see shipments and cargo tracking data in this screen. - You can search and update tracking data per container. * VIS > Sea > Track Mgmt (Internal) > Sea Tracking Management (Multi) Quick search You can search data by specific number. (Container No, HBL No, MBL No) 27

Sea Visibility 1) Search Option Seq Condition Description 1 Period (Mandatory) Select POL ETD/ATD, POD ETA/ETD 2 Consignee/ Shipper Choose consignee or Shipper 3 Container info. If you select No, you can search data which won t updated container info. 4 POL/POL Nation Select loading port. Also can choose loading port nation. 5 POD/POD Nation Select discharging port. Also can choose discharging port nation. 6 DEL/DEL Nation Select final destination. Also can choose final destination nation. 7 BL TYPE/Load to BL Type - Own Hose B/L, Bypass B/L, Load To - other FWD(Co-load), Liner 8 Carrier/Carrier Group Choose specific carrier or carrier group. 9 Vessel Enter specific vessel. 10 Status Select shipment movement status. 11 Exception Select exception status (yes or no). 12 Contract ID (Mandatory) Select your contract ID of your customer. 28

How to add a new form setting (1) Click NEW (2) Define Form Name (3) Select the item on the left and move to the right part (4) Save (5) Select form name in My form column and click Use Form button. (6) Close Fix : Freeze Pane 29

Sea Visibility This screen shows current in transit inventory by container base. - Basically inventory is sorted by destination. - It provides variety of search conditions such as POL, POD, DEL, Shipper/Consignee. * VIS > Sea > Inventory > Current Inventory By Container How many containers are moving at origin now? How many containers are moving on the sea now? How many container are staying at T/S port? How many containers are staying at destination CY? How many containers are staying at destination now? How many containers are on transportation to destination now? 42

7. Inventory > Forecasted Inventory By Container V. Sea Visibility This screen shows estimated container inventory of POD to the next four weeks. - If you click on quantity of container, it shows shipment list with pop up screen. * VIS > Sea > Inventory > Forecasted Inventory By Container 44

Sea Visibility This screen shows current CY inventory for aging days. - It provides variety of conditions such as CY, Port of loading, Final destination, Shipper. - If you want shipment detail for idling container in CY, click on quantity fo container. 11. Summary > Lead Time Summary V. Sea Visibility It shows actual lead time and scheduled lead time gap during specific period. - It provides a variety of search conditions such as Port of loading, Port of discharging, Carrier * VIS > Sea > Summary > Lead Time Summary 49
