Mario Agrario: CEO and President As CEO of Bartech International, Mario is responsible for overseeing all of the company s global operations, including R&D, manufacturing, sales and new business development strategies. With extensive experience and expertise in the development of advanced minibar technology, Mario leads the Bartech team in focusing on continuous innovation and the production of new minibar features and functionality. Working together with other key executives, he has secured the company s reputation as the leader in profit generating minibars for the hospitality industry. Before taking on his current role in early 2012, Mario spent over 20 years serving in top management positions for Bartech, including his most recent as president of the Americas. As a cofounder of the company, Mario has also been an active member of Bartech s board of directors since 1991. He is credited as the creator of the world s first automatic opendisplay minibar, the E-fridge. Mario is fluent in English and Italian, as well as his native language of French. Pierre Agrario: VP of Accounts/Major Accounts Working at Bartech for more than 10 years. Pierre oversees business development, marketing, account management, major account agreements, software specs, outsourcing operations, daily business ops strategies, and much more. Bruno Agrario: VP of Sales and Marketing In charge of managing the sales department for the North American branch, Bruno has been a part of the Bartech team for over 11 years. His daily responsibilities include following up on sales, managing the sales team, and working with complex accounts within the Americas and overseas.
Al Huerta: Director of Accounts & Training Serving in training and account management roles for Bartech during the past 6 years, Al started his career in hospitality at The Mirage in Las Vegas as a minibar attendant, and worked up into a role as minibar technician. In this position, Al was responsible for repair and maintenance of 3000+ Bartech minibars. From there, Al moved into a role as manager of minibar operations, responsible for 2-3 million dollars of revenue per year (7 years total with Mirage). As an industry expert on the subject, Al has been interviewed about minibars by multiple hospitality magazines and recently by the Las Vegas Review Journal. Al s extensive experience has earned him the trust of over 200 customers in North America and Macau, China. Sarah Huerta: Marketing Coordinator Having been with the company for approximately 2 years, Sarah serves as the marketing coordinator for Bartech. Her responsibilities in this role include creating, managing, and sourcing marketing materials and avenues. Other tasks include coordinating public relations activities, creating graphic design and managing social media accounts. Sarah additionally oversees the company s website, tradeshow logistics and administrates Bartech s Salesforce database system for the sales and support teams. Chris Smith: VP of Operations As Vice President of Operations. Chris provides operational and functional direction for Bartech s North American organization. He is responsible for the development and implementation of all U.S.-based technical programs and support, including installation, customer care, training and repair. Since joining Bartech during its initial U.S. startup phase in October 1997, Chris has defined and built many of the company s logistics processes and methodologies.
Justin Freund: Senior Software Engineer Justin has served as Bartech s Senior Software Engineer since 2012. His duties include programming, project management, IT Support and systems administration.
