PGN LNG Business at FSRU Lampung Maximum capacity of sales gas: 240 mmscfd Gas supplier for industry in Lampung and West Java Maximum storage capacity of LNG: 170.000 cbm Providing temporary LNG storage facility LNG Vessel range capacity for breakbulking: 6.000 20.000 cbm Provide breakbulking LNG facility from FSRU to support milk run small LNG vessel scheme with FOB scheme or DES 2

Operator : PT PGN LNG Indonesia Shipbuilder : Hyundai Heavy Industry Location : Labuhan Maringgai On-stream : Since Agust 2014 FSRU Lampung LNG Business/FSRU Lampung & Tower Yoke Facilities LNG Storage Capacity 170.000 m 3 Regas Capacity 240 mmscfd Unloading facilities from LNGC Up to 170.000 m 3 LOA 294 m Breadth, moulded 48 m Depth 26 m Draught 11 m Ship Size for Breakbulking minimum 6,000 m 3 Fasilitas-fasilitas: 1. Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU), FSRU Lampung 2. Tower Yoke Mooring 3. Pipa Offshore from Tower Yoke Mooring System FSRU Lampung to Onshore Receiving Facility, 21 km, 24 inch 4. Targeted Market Western Part of Indonesia as Main Target Market Priority Power Sector, Industrial Park Terminal Compatibility Compatible to supply small receiving terminal both land based or floating storage. Types of Storage Receiving Terminal Parameter LAND BASED FLOATING STORAGE Storage Pressurized storage tank Available design in different sizes and pressure Modular, relative easy for expansion Less construction on site compare to flat bottom FSU (Floating Storage Unit) New design required for small scale FSU Mooring location to be defined based on weather condition and sailing route 5

Small LNG Carrier Requirement for Breakbulking LNG C recommended specification (from FSRU point of view)*: Small LNG C Size is more than 6,000 m 3 (approx LOA > 100m) Can handle loading rate from 220 m3/hr to 2,200 m3/hr Have a compatible SSCS/ESD link connection Manifold strong enough to handle ERC force and weight Platform should be strong enough to bear the saddle weight Have a small foot print for personnel transfer via basket or billy pugh Free board height shall be more than current fender size (3,3m x 6,5m) Before loading, storage tank vapor pressure shall be minimum or the same as FSRU Lampung PGN FSRU LAMPUNG LNG C LNG C LNG Import Terminal END USER * The above mentioned list are recommendation. Any deviation from it can be assess during detail compatibility check. For ship owner/builder who will build a brand new LNG C, it is advised to perform due dilligence before building it. 6

LNG Carrier Roundtrip & Storage Preference 12 hrs Terminal B Assumption Demand : 10 MMSCFD or 470 m3/day Round Trip : 6 days 2.5 days START POINT 12 hrs 1 day 2 days Terminal A 12 hrs Receiving Terminal Storage Capacity Storage sizing calculated by: Roundtrip + Safety Factor Days = 7 + 3 Days = 10 Days Storage size = 4,700 m3 Longer roundtrip = bigger storage 7

Conclusion 1. Key of achieving successful small LNG business: Sharp demand identification and integration; Comprehensive logistic planning for transportation cost optimization; Effective receiving terminal and small regas infrastructure capacity planning, such as storage. 2. PGN LNG can offer supply solution for small scale LNG through FSRU Lampung breakbulking with advantages in: Robust and planned LNG commodity management (for supply readiness and cargo diversion); minimum ship capacity at 6,000 m3 can accommodate supply solution for areas with limited accessibility; effective ship roundtrip to minimize storage size in receiving terminal since FSRU Lampung located in center of western part Indonesia (as main driver of nation s economic). 8

Thank You!
