Additional information Charges for outbound shipment will be applied according to the tariff items 1-9 and 12-14 The above tariff is not exhaustive and bases upon the building up- and dismantling times within the official opening hours of the fairground and pavilions, which is predetermined from the exhibition organizer. Not included services are additional demands, which are going to be charged separately by signed receipt.
For Truck consignment: volume/weight ratio 1:3 (1 cbm =330kg) whichever yields greater, for air shipments 1 cbm = 167kg whichever yields greater. Each started 100kg will be invoiced as full. In exceptional cases, e.g. oversized dimensions or overweight rates mentioned in p.1 is applicable for delivery to the hall gates only. In these cases delivery to the booth will be done only by special request and under exhibitor s supervision. In case of sending the goods to the customs terminal different to our instructions special customs procedures are required. We can t be held responsible for any delays or extra costs caused by this matter. Transport- and forwarding works for handling of goods at Crocus Expo fairground, include the goods delivery and pick up from arrival mean of transport to / from exhibition booth or as near as possible in regard to the ground circumstances, without opening and closing of any packages. The forwarding agent s custody duty ends with delivery of the goods at the exhibition booth, even though the exhibitor s absence and it begins again with the pick up of the goods after the event. Special terms like handling with extra goods, as dangerous goods, loading measurement- or weight exceeding, livestock and clothes on hat stand have to be declared by the exhibitor. Incidental costs / calculations are going to be established individually. Liabilities will not be assumed for delays and damages, whose origin rests in false and / or incomplete declaration of goods. The composition of costs is not exhaustive; the Russian VAT amounting to 18% is already covered. Moscow, January 2016
