South Inlet Transportation Improvement Project DBNUM: 09361 / UPC: 093610 The Casino Redevelopment Authority (CRDA) has identified certain road improvements to be performed in Atlantic City on certain feeder roads, that will maintain, operate and support Atlantic City Expressway Projects of the South Jersey Transportation Authority, including on Melrose Avenue in between Delaware and Connecticut Avenues, on Connecticut Avenue from Melrose to Oriental Avenues, and on Massachusetts Avenue and various other intersection and capital improvements in connection with the South Inlet Transportation Improvement Project.
