Project Scope Environmental Potential Permits Clean Water Act Section 404 - COE Clean Water Act Section 401 (Water Quality Certification) - NDEP Clean Water Act Section 402 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) NDEP NDOT has obtained approval from SHPO under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act NDOT s construction contractor will coordinate with the Clark County Department of Air Quality & Environmental Management to obtain a dust control permit prior to the start of construction Where dewatering is required to facilitate construction, Design- Builder shall contact the State of Nevada Division of Water Resources to acquire a dewatering waiver request Record of Decision A Re-Evaluation was completed in 9/2012 and a pending re-evaluation is anticipated to be complete by the RFP release
