EverSharp Cast Lip System Innovative Lip and Wear Part Design Lip Profile and GET Placement Optimized The EverSharp lip profile reduces wear and improves bucket loading. FEA analysis was used to optimize the stress distribution, making the EverSharp lip offering lighter and stronger than the ESCO Loadmaster lip system. The lip bottom and shroud are moved up and out of the wear path to reduce wear and allow a more efficient bucket curl. The result is reduced maintenance, improved fuel economy and better productivity.
