MANNERS4MINORS is not a cultural program but rather a fun, interactive way of introducing young children to the benefits of behaving and using manners that are universally accepted. MISS MANNERS, as the teacher of the program is known, will show that behaving in a particular way will ensure that you are liked by your teachers, accepted by your friends and you will have a better chance in life a well mannered child that becomes a well mannered adult has an enormous advantage over his peers. The difference between a SD Franchise, Full Franchise & Associate SD FRANCHISE FULL FRANCHISE ASSOCIATE Purchases the franchise by way of a smaller upfront fee for a smaller area Receives a basic business kit and training Purchases the franchise by way of an upfront fee for a Full area franchise Receives the full business kit and training Pays for a license to trade in a particular area which is already franchised or permission is granted to act as an Associate by Head Office Receives a basic business kit and training Owns the business Owns the business Does not own the business Can sell the business Can sell the business Cannot sell the business Earns 80% of turnover and pays 20% to head office as management service levy Earns 80% of turnover and pays 20% to head office as management service levy Earns 60% of turnover and pays 40% of turnover 20% to Head Office and 20% to the Franchise owner as management service levy
BUILDING YOUR BUSINESS AT A GLANCE Purchase a franchise/associateship in your area. Attend the Training Programme. Target audiences for your marketing include: o Schools to host Manners4Minors (either as a compulsory or extra-mural). o Private classes at Approved venues such as the Spur. Present Free Bully Workshops and/or Caring & Sharing Workshops to Schools in your area as a way of introduction. Once approved by the school, do Demonstration classes that are free of charge to the whole class. Host Information Table/Meet & Greet events. Register Learners. Present half hour classes to 3 6 year olds. Email weekly updates to parents. Collection of fees. Continuous marketing via restaurants, gyms, school open days, information evenings, holiday clubs, etc. Report to Head Office/Franchisee on an ongoing basis.
The Revenue Model THE AIM is for each Miss Manners is to have a minimum of two ½ hour classes at five schools per week with 15 learners in each class. THIS WOULD total 150 registrations! THE MONTHLY extra-mural fee to be paid by parents ranges between R120.00 and R200.00 per month (depending on area). Co-curricular rates are negotiated with the school depending on numbers. YOU ARE expected to establish the going rate for your area
Sub Division Franchise Cost: Starting From: R10 000 THIS PAYMENT includes your Franchise Agreement and ownership of your business - plus all you will need to begin your business the day after training is complete. EVERYTHING is prepared for you, including training, support, SD franchise kit, marketing material, an email address and website inclusion. YOU WILL be entitled to grow your business using the Coach and/or Associate Model. The projected income does not consider any repayments of loans, personal tax implications, etc. It is an INCOME projection only. Any new business takes time and effort. In the beginning a lot of time and energy is needed to succeed. At least six month s salary and basic expenses should be available to you. This is not an instant, get rich quick scheme but would require hard work and PERSEVERANCE. You are required to operate within a suburb or region which will be agreed upon before signing the Franchise Agreement. A minimum monthly Management Service Levy of R500 is expected.
Full Franchise Cost: R60 000 THIS PAYMENT includes your Franchise Agreement and ownership of your business - plus all you will need to begin your business the day after training is complete. EVERYTHING is prepared for you, including training, support, franchise kit, marketing material, an email address and website inclusion. YOU WILL be entitled to grow your business using the Coach and/or Associate Model. EVERYTHING is prepared for you, including training, support, associate kit, marketing material, an email address and website inclusion. The projected income does not consider any repayments of loans, personal tax implications, etc. It is an INCOME projection only. Any new business takes time and effort. In the beginning a lot of time and energy is needed to succeed. At least six month s salary and basic expenses should be available to you. This is not an instant, get rich quick scheme but would require hard work and PERSEVERANCE.
