The Placement Process Workflow The placement process can be adjusted based on many factors The client s location, service needs, and particular character requirements all help determine whether the process may be shortened or extended. Our resources are quite vast for sourcing available applicants, no matter how unique the job or location. We can walk you through the entire staffing process from start to finish and offer any additional resources necessary to complete a successful, long term hire. 1. We discuss and confirm the details of the job order with the client. 2. The signed search agreement may be returned by fax or mail. 3. We begin our 3 phase search including: a. Search of current applicants in our agency files. (Preliminary candidate list created.) b. Posting of the job description to our specially targeted job listing sites. (To find any new or updated candidate possibilities.) c. Contact specifically chosen agency partners for their top selections as well. 4. When we identify appropriate applicants we perform the following 2 steps: a. Immediately contact and re-interview the candidate for this specific job to be sure of: i. Qualification ii. Availability iii. Interest b. Once identified as top prospects, we forward the selected resumes for your review. 5. Interview Stage Possibilities: a. Telephone interviews for non-local applicants. b. In person meetings with local applicants. c. On-site interviews with candidates from outside the local area. 6.
