PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONSULTANT Professional Services Consultants have ultimate responsibility for the smooth implementation of systems with our customers, by ensuring the implementation is mapped effectively to the needs of the customer and planned effectively. To effectively project manage the implementation projects, maximising resources and profitability within projects To ensure the project is defined effectively and the customer understands the specifications of the software.i.e. What is included / what is not included. Ensures customer sign off documentation is complete To liaise with the customers to define, or help define, requirements, specifications for modifications to the software. To assist the development team with understanding of specifications during the development of modifications and subsequently test and document developed changes. To train colleagues in the operation of modified software, as and when required, to ensure a smooth hand over of projects to the support function. To train the customer s project team and provide knowledge transfer in the operation of modified software, as and when required To provide accounts and associated applications training and demonstration including undertaking demonstrations to support pre-sale consultancy To provide accounts application training & consultancy for the customer. To take responsibility within an implementation to ensure all customer documentation is completed and in particular that a pre live check list is completed and that the customer is ready to go live To resolve, or assist in the resolution, of customer problems and queries arising from the implementation and subsequent live operation of standard or modified software at customer sites. To attend project meetings when required, internally or with clients, to gain or impart knowledge on current status of projects and to document details when appropriate. To complete all relevant project management documentation and help with standardisation of same To assist the support function at all times on current or previously implemented systems, as and when required, by taking support calls from clients when appropriate. To cover for colleagues, as and when required, in all areas where knowledge overlaps, and to undertake other such duties as may reasonably be requested. Timesheet completion in line with company procedures To ensure project work is invoiced and all hours are billed to the customer Escalate any complexities to the programme manager Lives the core values and takes responsibility for ensuring an experience of excellence for the customer Demonstrates strong communication skills, both verbal and written Can present at a senior level and ensure the presentations are pitched commercially and are focused on the customer s needs Negotiates with the customer ensuring any conflict is managed professionally Influences the customer to follow a process that will help with the smooth transition to iq Key Metrics: 60% of weekly hours are billable 60% of weekly hours are invoiced and payment is received Completion of projects on target Evaluation of customer satisfaction of the implementation process 1

Business Analyst This role will work within the Professional Services Implementation team. The overall objective is to define the customer processes as part of the project scoping requirements. Gather, manage, define and validate business requirements from multiple stakeholders for development and implementation of Intact iq ERP Software Manage, coordinate and define the product implementation backlog across various products for delivery Work as a key member of the core project/delivery team to support the timely and efficient delivery of all project deliverables Manage and co-ordinate all activities related to the deployment of iq and its modules to key business stakeholders including user transition, user acceptance testing, training, communications and business process design Create business deliverables such as Process Maps, Business Requirements, Functional Requirements (including Use cases), User Stories and User Acceptance Tests Collaborate with other teams (both Internal & External) to provide best possible analytical solutions & product solutions to clients Work with other agile based team members including Scrum Master and Product Owner Lead & facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to develop requirements Work closely with business, development, program management and quality assurance teams in the overall delivery of solutions Support change requirements through accurate impact analysis and change specifications Ensure quality through adherence to and supporting processes and procedures, including the maintenance of documentation on shared file systems Contribute to improvements to our client's Business Analysis documentation and methodologies. Experience Minimum experience of at least two years or more in a similar role Experience in SQL or ERP and related tools Experience with Agile Scrum is a plus Handling multiple tasks simultaneously, working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines Good interpersonal skills and team player that can work independently and think creatively Knowledge and experience of Agile Standard methods for Project control Experience using BA Skills and techniques to elicit the required information and produce deliverables to tight deadlines Ability to clearly and concisely gather, interpret, analyse and document Business Process, User and Data Functional requirements in a structured way Ability to communicate effectively with technical, business resources, all levels of management and external stakeholders. Develop and share reusable knowledge that can be readily applied to new client projects Qualifications Degree in IT, Business or Accountancy Post-graduate qualifications (particularly in Project Management) would be advantageous. Business Analysis Qualification or Scrum certification would be an advantage 2

Junior Agile Scrum Master Do you have a passion for agile iterative development & continuous improvement? I.T Support Consultant This role will play a vital part in in providing front line telephone & remote support to our Intact iq contracted customers and Intact iq Resellers To resolve, or assist in the resolution, of customer problems and queries arising from the implementation and subsequent live operations of Intact iq ERP software at customer sites To ensure all issues are logged, tracked and resolved on our help desk system To keep the customer informed at all times of the status of their issue(s) until resolution To identify sales opportunities which are outside of the customer s support agreement and follow up sales to get quotation to customer To highlight high priority issues where assistance from the other departments are required to get the issues resolved To keep informed of new changes / defects that have been made to the program To cover for colleagues, as and when required, in all areas where knowledge overlaps, and to undertake other such duties as may reasonably be requested Production and submission of documentation in line with company procedures and submitted in a timely manner. Recently Qualified Accountant We re looking for a recently or nearly qualified Junior Accountant to join our exciting team. The ideal candidate will be a recently or nearly qualified accountant with experience of industry or practice. A desire to succeed in a growing organisation is essential to succeed in this role. Manage junior staff members, delegating and reviewing tasks. Manage the Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable functions. Preparation of Monthly Financial Information. Manage full Trial Balance and maintain Balance Sheet reconciliations. Data Migration & Integration Engineer This role will work within the Professional Services Implementation team. Minimum 3 years experience delivering data-driven solutions for clients/stakeholders. Experience extracting, transforming, visualizing and analysing structured and unstructured data. Previous experience of ERP / finance system implementation/ migrations You will have a strong working knowledge of a mainstream ERP system, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards or Peoplesoft Experience with data modelling, SQL You will have a working knowledge of relational database management systems including Advanced Excel, Access, XML and SQL Some experience of ERP integrations with Web Platforms, EDI Middleware, Third Party Supply Chain Solutions Possess a basic understanding of agile development methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
