BIDDER REQUEST FOR INFORMATION #001 CONSOLIDATED Project: Los Chingones and HashTAG Location: 10155 E. 29 th Drive Denver, CO 80238 Date: 12/5/16 1. There are existing PVC roof drains in the space and this is a plenum rated ceiling. Will these have to be changed out to cast iron or wrapped in plenum wrap? - Yes the roof drains will need to be changed to cast iron or wrapped in plenum wrap. 2. The plans show new water and sewer run into the space. The grease waste, sanitary waste and water is already stubbed into space. Please advise. - The plumbing plans show the existing utilities based on the existing drawings of the space that were available at the time of design. Coordinate the exact location of connections with the plans and the existing conditions a required. 3. For the waste piping there is 6 future stubs above the ground, are we to tie into one of these or multiple? - The plumbing plans show the existing utilities based on the existing drawings of the space that were available at the time of design. Are we to provide floor clean outs for all waste stubs not used and used? - For all waste stubs that are not used, provide a floor cleanout. Coordinate the floor cleanouts with the finished floor materials in which they are installed. 5. The 2 ½ water main runs the length of the space, there are (2) future stubs with 1 ½ water meters. The plans call for a 2 and a 2 ½ water line run into the space. Please advise how we are to price the water piping. - The 2-1/2 CW is required for the Los Chingones space, and the 2 CW is required for the TAG space. The connections to existing are shown on the plans based on the existing drawings that were available at the time of design. Coordinate the exact location of the connections with the existing conditions. 6. Please confirm if we will need to change out both the existing water meters to a 2 and a 2 ½.

- The water meters will need to be replaced with proper size meters 7. The locations for both of the existing RTU s does not appear to be correct, they are actually closer to the new stair case in the front of the space than shown. Will this affect the duct sizes? - No this will not affect the duct sizing. Please verify that the RTU s sizes are correct since they were supposed to be swapped during core and shell construction. 8. The sleeve for the gas piping to the fire pit is not shown at the actual location shown on the plans. It is stubbed at the west door but towards the back of the space, not the front. Please advise if this will change the design. - The gas piping is shown in the proper location (based on the fire pit location provided to us by the architect). The underground gas conduit and piping will need to be routed from the location shown on the plumbing plans, to the fire pit location shown on the architectural plans. The fire pit is not shown on the plumbing plans, as it is more than 5 outside the building. Coordinate the exact location of the fire pit with the architect. 9. Is BASF Ucrete in lieu of Dur-A-Flex Polycrete for Epoxy Flooring (EF-1) acceptable? - It is acceptable to price BASP Ucrete in lieu of Dur-A-Flex Polycrete for EF-1 10. Who is responsible for the free standing tables on both sides? - Free-standing tables are provided by Owner as part of FFE package. 11. HashTAG: Office 006 Assume 2 Pl. Lam Tops with metal brackets? Please verify. - Confirmed, Plastic Lam tops with metal brackets suspended from wall. Provide blocking within wall at 28-36 a.f.f. 12. HashTAG: Far north table in the dining with hexagons nearby, what should we assume there as the scope pertaining to the millwork? - Hexagonal shapes at community table are stools. These are provided by Owner as part of FFE package. 13. HashTAG: UP-2 Spec for the pillows on the banquette? Please verify spec upholstery and if these are within scope. - Pillows will be provided by Owner as part of FFE package. 14. HashTAG: Wood Hexagonal Paneling on ceiling and wall is called out as WD-x on the RCP and on the finish floor plan. Should this be WD-1?

- Yes, Hexagon Panels will be WD-1 finished plywood. Depths to vary with patterning of wall and ceiling panels. 15. Los Chingones: Hostess Station 001 No detail, assume same as A.M Eatery? - Similar details of construction and size. Materials to be confirmed through shop drawings. Assume steel finish exterior to match adjacent wall panels. 16. Los Chingones: Is there a spec for the booths and drink rail upholstery? Are these OFCI or CFCI? - Upholstery: - Seat: Maharam, Mineral 466232-003 - Back: Momentum Textiles, Docket, color: island To be CFCI 17. Los Chingones: Back Bar 201 Which section should we assume? Plan shows continuous top and elevation shows two separate. - Continuous Top 18. Finish plan shows a transition from concrete to quarry tile but finish schedule shows flooring in kitchen to be epoxy flooring, is this a misprint or is the kitchen going to have quarry tile? - Misprint, kitchen to have epoxy flooring 19. If Kitchen 106 is to be epoxy, what is the desired cove height? - 6 20. What is the correct material for the floor in Los Chingones Kitchen 106? EF-1 or QT- 1? - EF-1 21. Quarry tile is not listed in the finishes on Page A0.4, who is the manufacturer the client wants for the quarry tile? - Quarry Tile has been removed from the project scope. 22. RB-1 base is indicated as Straight base, is this correct at Entry 001 over the ceramic tile? Or should it be coved type? - Straight base in Dining and Entry.

23. There is no elevation for the wall on the east side of the Chef s table 105 looking west towards the kitchen. Finish plan shows CT-4 to wrap around to go upstairs, will there be an updated elevation drawing to show this? - Tile to be full height along wall, no updated drawing forthcoming. 24. Can the Architect identify the elevation view location along with heights of the tile for clarity? The only area identified is the restrooms at this time. - Tile to be full height unless noted otherwise. 25. Finish floor plan shows wall tile in Dining 200, is this wall tile full height along the east wall? - Tile to be full height unless noted otherwise. 26. Finish schedule shows CT-2 cove base and wall tile for restrooms, elevations show CT-4 base and wall tile. Which is preferred for the restroom walls? - Base to have Schluter aluminum cove transition between wall and floor tile. 27. Is there a count of each type for the tables with CT-5 and CT-6 tile if these are to be contractor provided? - Each square or rectilinear table in Los Chingones (upper and lower interior) to get tile (round tables excluded). CFCI. 28. Elevation for Chef s Prep 003 west wall is not clear for the tile take-off. Is the wall tile full height from edge of countertop to entry way of kitchen? - Correct, full height tile where noted. 29. Does the client have preferred transition finish for the project? - Satin Anodized Aluminum by Schluter 30. No detail or notes regarding waterproofing. What areas does the client want waterproofing? - Any roof penetrations to be performed and water proofed by the Landlord approved base building roofing contractor. - Modifications to the existing storefront for door or overhead door installations shall be waterproofed where required.

31. Please confirm that the quarry tile will run into the coolers. - Epoxy flooring will run into the coolers. 32. Which CPT 1 are we to price? See below - 24 x24 tile 33. MTL-5 is called out on the plans but not the Finish Legend. Please clarify if the wire mesh at the stairs and above the bars is MTL-5 and please provide spec for the mesh. - Wire mesh to be McNichols, hexagon perforated mesh. ½ holes, 9/16 staggered, 22 ga., black. Provide samples to arch for approval. 34. WF-1 is called out on the plans at A7.7 elevation 2, but is not on the Finish Legend. Please clarify material. WF-1 is VG-1. Wolf Gordon Digital Graphic. Please clarify if mural in Dining 200 is provided by other and installed by contractor? - The mural will be provided and installed by Owner as part of FFE package. 36. Marseille Concrete Fire Bowl, Smoke finish. Natural Gas w/ river rock in lieu of glass. 37. A0.3 states Furniture is not in contract, and A0.6 state contractor will provide all furniture. 38. Office equipment states by contractor, need more information on office spec. - Plastic Laminate top w/ metal brackets anchored to wall. Provide blocking in wall for deck and shelving 39. Please clarify if existing 4 sleeve on patio is to pull the utilities for the gas fire pit. - Correct 40. Please clarify if the fire pit is to be provided and installed by the contractor. Please confirm if overhead door behind back bar on rooftop patio is by core and shell contract. - Overhead door on second floor to be provided by core and shell contractor. 43. Please provide information on the original contractor for tile on rooftop patio. - Creative Hardscape - POC: Daniel Cameron 44. Please provide spec and detail on steel header and jamb at new storefront roll-up door 1.1/A5.1. The header and jamb steel are not called out. - Steel tube header and jamb to be 2 x 4 x.25 45. Please confirm if brushed stainless steel counter tops are to be furnished and installed by contractor. - Stainless Steel counter tops are to be furnished by Contractor. 46. Please clarify the number of overhead heater on rooftop patio. Architectural and Electrical drawings indicate 8 each, but Plumbing drawings indicate 10 each. - There should be 8 heaters.

47. Please clarify we see GL-1 on finish schedule but do not find on drawings. Is this being used anywhere? - No 48. Please clarify if duct work is to be painted. Note 5 A3.1 only calls out structure and deck only. - Exposed duct work should be paint-lock but not painted. 49. Please provide spec for the quarry tile in the walk-in coolers. - Flooring within coolers should be Epoxy Flooring. 50. What is the base for the quarry tile? - The quarry tile has been removed from the project scope. 51. Transitions at the tile to the concrete is Satin Anodized Aluminum by Schluter acceptable? - Yes
