This is done by ensuring that operational and communications support is in place to enable regional fundraising and other sales teams to focus on supporter development and income generation. The team is responsible for setting income targets across the charity and communicating these targets to internal stakeholders including regional fundraising teams. The team also identifies new opportunities to grow products within the existing portfolio in line with the charity s income growth targets. The individual product managers are subject matter experts and work with programme managers to ensure that the end to end supporter journey is well managed and maximises fundraising opportunities. The team is responsible for briefing operational teams so that processes drive efficiencies and best practice, as well supporting regional and central teams to achieve their targets. The Senior Fundraising Product Manager will be responsible for delivering the overall strategy for each product in their area, which will ensure the best supporter experience while increasing participation and income. The role holder, as the product expert, will gain multiple internal stakeholder buy in, create and own each product master plan and budget, and be the charity wide point of contact. Accountabilities (Duties & Responsibilities) To work with Product Managers to create a master project plan for community campaigns, events and fundraising volunteering which will help deliver agreed business objectives and effective supporter journey which seeks to maximise income generating potential and retention of our supporters. To maintain a detailed operational understanding of fundraising products to ensure delivery reflects end-to-end implementation and effective supporter journey. To plan and manage the operational inputs for Community Campaigns and Events ensuring that all are delivered on time, on budget and to specification. To develop detailed operational briefs which meet business objectives and reflect the needs of all product stakeholders so that the Business Process Team can translate into operational solutions and deliverables for each fundraising product. To deliver technical briefing documents for internal teams, including Supporter Relationship Team and the Fundraising Support Centre, and to support these through face to face briefings. To lead on the sign off of the technical solution and own the user acceptance testing from a product perspective. To manage relationships with key suppliers for fundraising products. To work with other fundraising product support managers to share best practice and ensure a level of consistency between products and make recommendation for integration of processes where appropriate. To manage and mitigate project risks. Act as point of contact for all operational/ process queries from internal teams and seek to resolve any issues. To evaluate and manage the impact of change on fundraising products ensuring that implications and solutions are effectively communicated to Product Manager and other stakeholders.
To contribute to the strategic analysis of fundraising products to ensure that we maximise their performance and make recommendations to aid the Product Manager in determining overall product strategy. To lead on the sign off of, and where appropriate create, policy and procedures in relation to the fundraising product. To prepare regular updates and milestone reports for product working groups/ product managers.
