CHALLENGES 1. Entering a middle income country growth in middle class need high value products and services (including high quality of environment): a. FRAMEWORK FOR IMPLEMENTATION 26% RAN GRK (NATIONALLEVEL) PROVINCIAL TARGET COORDINATING TEAM FOR CLIMATE CHANGE RAD GRK (PROVINCIAL LEVEL) LOCAL TEAM FOR CLIMATE CHANGE NETWORK WITH: CSO, LOCAL UNIVERSITIES AND DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS

MAINSTREAMED INTO THE NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN NATIONAL LEVEL Program and action in the RAN GRK is in the National Development Plan every year will be implemeted by technical ministry and receive budget allocations. LOCAL LEVEL: 32 Local Action Plan on GHG emission reductions in the provincial development plan will be implemented by local government ). 153 activities: 63 direct activities 66 supporting activities 24 activities on data, knowledge, research and other cross cutting activities 2). Funding: 2010-2014 - IDR 98 Triilion and 2015-2020 IDR 125Trillions 32 RAD GRK- with local Team In the form of Governor Decree Quick wins: City transportations Waste to energy REDD Renewable energy:microhydro and solar energy REDUCE EMISSION, MAINTAIN OTHER DEVELOP- MENT TARGETS
