Welcome! Name Wesley Sunderman Amy Miranda CSCP Company AGCO Corp Viega, LLC President s Message As you make your plans and set your goals for 2011, I want to remind you of the many opportunities that the Wichita chapter provides. We will be providing CSCP and CPIM certification review classes along with some great professional development meetings, tours and seminars. I hope you will include one or more of our events in your schedule for this year. Our January PDM was the annual joint meeting with NAPM. At that meeting, we heard the announcement that NAPM Wichita has formally changed their name to ISM Wichita. We look forward to continuing our relationship with them in future years. David Hall was the speaker at the January meeting, and he shared insights from the sourcing decisions on the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. It was very interesting hearing about some of the problems that were encountered and how the company responded to them. The topic of our next PDM will be Integrated Business Planning: The Evolution of S&OP on February 8 th. Our speaker for this event will be Pat Bettini who is a frequent speaker at APICS international, regional & chapter meetings. I hope to see you there.
