INTRODUCTION There are many free online hotel reservation systems on the market which are offered by the various international hotel providors. However all this solutions bypass the travel agent because the hotel providor communicates directly with the customer and collects the payment and issues the voucher. With our hotel booking engine the travel agency is now in charge of the entire reservation process and is also directly in contact with the traveller. The booking confirmation and the voucher are sent in the travel agents name and since the travel agent also collects the payment they can add their own mark ups or booking fees. Our product we can also combine the content of several hotel providors in one booking engine. In the backgrond the actual reservation is done directly in the hotel providor system but always in the name of the travel agency. The hotel fulfillment is identical with any other individual offline reservation. Hotel supplier: We have XML interfaces to ExclusivelyHotels (100 000 hotels) and GTA (60 000 hotels) and Hotelbeds (100 000 hotels) offering accommodation worldwide in all categories. HOTEL SELECTION AND DESCRIPTION Hotel selection: All available hotels are listed on the first page and the quoted rates are for the entire stay per person. For each hotel all available room offers will be listed. Hotel description: After a click with the mouse on More... a new page with the hotel description is displayed. The pictures and the map can be enlarged individually.
FILTER AND SORT OPTIONS You can improve the usability with additional functionalities and modules. The hotel offers can be sorted with various filters to help to find the perfered property and location. Filter ( left): Multiple filters can be selected at the same time: - Price - Hotel reviews from Tripadvisor or Zoover - With or without breakfast - Recommended hotels or bestseller - Hotel category - Hotel name - Hotels near attractions Sort: The offers can be sorted ascending or descending by price, hotel name, hotel category and hotel reviews. Map overview ( right): The selected filters apply also to the map overview for all hotels. The available hotels and the attractions are shown. With mousover the details for each marker are displayed and the required hotel can be selected directly from the map page.
RESERVATION FORM AND PAYMENT The price calculation shows the total amount for the accommodation per person. Fees, surcharges and insurances are listed individually. The client has to enter his personal data and the payment details only once. HOTEL ONLINE is then creating the reservations in the back ground. After the booking has been completed an email confirmation is sent to the traveler and as the sender address are the contact details of the travel agent listed. The travel agent also collects the payment and issues the voucher.
CUSTOMIZING Basic changes of color and fonts (but not the layout and size) are possible against a small fee. In addition you may also order a total individual layout for all pages and for an appropriate surcharge they will be designed as to your specifications.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Object of Agreement ONLINE TRAVEL develops and operates the Internet Booking engine HOTEL ONLINE for travel agencies (B2C), where data concerning hotel offers are presented. In this Agreement "intellectual property rights" mean all patent trademark design rights, service marks, know-how, database rights copyright rights and trade secrets and all other rights in the nature of intellectual property rights and all applications for the same anywhere in the world or other confidential information of the applicable person. 2. Scope of Services HOTEL ONLINE is an Internet booking engine integrated into the homepage of the travel agency. HOTEL ONLINE receives the data from designated hotel providers and creates the corresponding bookings. The integration of supplementary modules is noted in writing in the registration and modifies the initial and operating costs. ONLINE TRAVEL warrants that it has the exclusive intellectual property rights in HOTEL ONLINE. ONLINE TRAVEL shall fully indemnify and hold harmless the Client against any claim by any third party that the use by the Client of HOTEL ONLINE infringes the intellectual property rights of such third party. ONLINE TRAVEL s indemnity to the Client shall include any losses, costs (including legal fees), demands, expenses, charges, damages and liabilities incurred by or awarded against the Client arising out of or in connection with any such claim or flowing from any breach by ONLINE TRAVEL of this warranty. HOTEL ONLINE and any other supplementary modules as set out in the registration form will be made available by ONLINE TRAVEL for use on the Internet on 24 hours/7 days a week basis. 3. Restrictions of the Services and Supplements ONLINE TRAVEL maintains operation of HOTEL ONLINE on a 24h/7 days a week basis. If the operation has to be modified for technical or operational reasons, ONLINE TRAVEL will inform the Client of this at least 72 hours in advance. In the event of disruptions of more than one working day, ONLINE TRAVEL will inform the Client immediately after disruption has started. ONLINE TRAVEL assumes no liability for disruptions caused by other system partners and networks (disruption of network connections, operator interfaces, Internet capacity overloads etc.). HOTEL ONLINE makes the data of the operators available in the condition delivered. This also applies for all fares provided by the client or any other third Party. ONLINE TRAVEL assumes no warranty for the correctness of the provided or collected data from other systems, nor for the costs resulting from this for wrongly issued travel documents and travel arrangements that were accomplished through bookings with wrong or erroneous data. 4. Liability and Confidentiality Neither party shall be liable, nor shall it be a breach of this Agreement, in the event that either party is delayed in performing or is unable to perform its obligations hereunder because of any act of God, accident, fire, strike or other labor dispute, riot or civil insurrection, act of public enemy, order or act of government, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the parties hereto: provided that, in order to be excused from such delay or failure to perform, such delay or failure was not caused by the negligence of the non-performing party. Each party shall be liable toward the other party only for those damages that were caused by it on purpose or with negligence. In any case, liability claims for indirect damages or consequential damages shall be excluded. If one party is prosecuted by a third party for a damage for which the other party is liable pursuant to the afore standing provision, it shall be held harmless by the other party. 5. Initial and Operating Costs The Client will be invoiced by ONLINE TRAVEL in accordance with the registration form. The term of payment is 30 days after receipt of the invoice. The invoices will be sent on a monthly basis. The operating costs are also due if on demand of the customer HOTEL ONLINE had to be suspended for a certain time. If the monthly payments are not received after 30 days, ONLINE TRAVEL may decide to suspend HOTEL ONLINE until the payment has been received. The operating costs are still due during such a suspension. 6. Other contractual provisions This contract comes into effect with the delivery of the written and signed registration form to ONLINE TRAVEL (registration date). The HOTEL ONLINE registration is, at the same time, the confirmation that the Client signs this Agreement ( date of registration ) and no further signatures or forms are necessary. This Agreement shall continue in force for an initial period of one year after HOTEL ONLINE has been delivered and is live on the Clients website. This Agreement may be terminated in relation to any or all of the services by either party giving to the other not less than three months written notice, such notice to expire at any time after the end of the one year initial period. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all and any prior agreements or understandings between them, whether oral or in writing, which have been given or may be implied from anything written or said in negotiations between the parties or their representatives prior to this Agreement. This agreement may not be modified except by an instrument in writing duly executed by each of the parties hereto. This Agreement shall be governed by and shall take effect in accordance with the provisions of Swiss law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss Courts.
